you should deal with the stress very carefully. because stress can create a man to a suicide situation also. it s very bad side of the stress. over happiness and also over sadness also bad. you have to maintain sadness and happiness both very cool manner.

Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..

just get out of the place that is causing you stress and spend some time with the people you enjoy the most.

when I am stressed I always go to discotheque, I will have fun there. that's how I can forget about my stress. Smiley

I think I posted in a similar topic, but binge stress eating is the way to go but try doing it with healthy foods and watch some youtube while your at it and call it a Sunday.

I think I spend a lot of time watching TV. I believe it helps me to deal with stress. My fav TV show today is the Game of Thrones... don't know if TV show could be better than this one...

power yourself out physically, do heavy exercise that gets u really tired..trust me, you'll sleep like a baby.
