Walking around, especially in the seaside, alone. It really helps. Also sleeping, if possible, is a good solution to deal with stress.

Stress is very stressful, literally. When I am in a very stressful day. I just drink a lot of water then eat my comfort foods. Comfort foods like chocolates, pizza, burgers, anything that will help me relieve my stress. When you are stressed, you have to divert your attention to something that will makes you happy/relax. So that it will refresh your mind.

Find your inner strength.

Ask yourself what you really want.

Remember moment when you were a child and nothing really mattered.

It may seem like there’s nothing you can do about stress. The bills won’t stop coming, there will never be more hours in the day, and your work and family responsibilities will always be demanding. But you have a lot more control than you might think. In fact, the simple realization that you’re in control of your life is the foundation of managing stress. Stress management is all about taking charge of our lifestyle, thoughts, emotions, and the way you deal with problems. No matter how stressful our life seems, there are steps you can take to relieve the pressure and regain control. Like identifying the sources of stress in your life it is easy to know when we start having stress in such things next is think about the ways you currently manage and cope with stress in your life. making a stress journal can help you identify them. Are your coping strategies that is healthy or unhealthy, helpful or unproductive? Unfortunately, many people cope with stress in ways that compound the problem. If you can't avoid a stressful situation, try to alter it. Often, this involves changing the way you communicate and operate in your daily life. There is nothing more calming than spending quality time with another human being who makes you feel safe and understood. So go and talk to anyone that youre confortable with to talk with the things you want to share to make your stress lessen or invite your close friend, family in a vacation to make you feel relax and peaceful day.

First of all, to go to the doctor, and not to get carried away with self-treatment.
Or there is another option to visit a psychologist to talk about the situation, that would not make matters worse with stress.

Listening to music and playing guitar has always worked for me. You have to figure out what is causing your stress and avoid it and do things you enjoy the most. Going to gym and working out has also helped me a lot to take my mind off things.

Honestly the best advice is to just get away from the stressful environment and just go for a walk for 10 minutes thats really all the time you need too you'll feel refreshed when you come back.

Find something you like to do that doesn't seem like work. I would say maybe watching your favorite show to take your mind off what it is that is stressing you out. Or taking a drive, sometimes even talking to a friend might help. Anything that gets you away from what is the stressor.

Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..

To begin with, you need to understand the cause of this stress, and then find the solution to how to deal with it. If it's some sort of seasonal frustration, it can just be a drink of vitamins. If you are simply annoyed by some factor in life, you need to get rid of it. More rest, walking in the fresh air and so on.
