Stop looking at any Bitcoin charts other than the weekly view.
Why? If you didn't invest much into bitcoin, you shouldn't get more stressed.

Dont look at btc graphs, or any mainstream news on BTC. That def wont help stress. Far to many people reading/graph watching and causing panics.

Go outside and feel the grass between your toes is a great stress reliever.
I actually feel relief when watching those graphs. Also, the grass is rotten here due to lots of rain. Actually where I live it's supposed to be a cold winter with lots of snow. Sad

The graph wont help anyone today unless they are wanting to buy some BTC its like about £100 in the last day.

But graph watching doesnt do anything for those "Hodling"

YOU HAVE TO TALK TO SOMEONE.  There are people that can help.  I don't know how old you are or whatever but if you can't talk to a spouse or parents, talk to a doctor, clergyman, or friend even if it's an embarrassing issue. Believe me, doctors and clergymen have heard it before. 

Personally I also use mediation and exercise.

That's pretty sound advice actually for anybody who's speculating in crypto's I find thinking in weekly or even monthly terms is a lot less stressful so I'm teaching myself to do that.

Eat healthy foods, exercise, diet and sleep more than 10 hours a day. Lastly, don't invest on Bitcoin and other alternative crypto currency to make your life stress free. Cheers! Grin

close your eyes , Just count 20 to 1 , think about your childhood and try to live there few minuets, and count 20 to 1 again.
don't forget to listen some good music when you do this method.

I enjoy being outside to deal with stress, something about being stuck inside all of the time only contributes to my stress, so a nice walk outside is always relaxing. This may or may not be possible depending on where you live, but I'm out in the country so it seems to work for me.

Also working with my hands (dirty jokes aside), is very relaxing. The process of building something with my hands, even if its just a bookshelf, or restringing a guitar, is relaxing for me. It takes my mind off things while I focus on a task for an extended period of time. An idle mind leads to stress sometimes.

Anything that tires you, workout, biking, doing something for yourself from reading a good book to washing a car should make you more relaxed and help you sleep.
I used to work during the night and had to go to bed before noon and can recommend a bit of alcohol especialy warm like hot chocolate with whiskey. That made me sleep like a baby every time Grin

Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..

Look up Mindfulness. It is a good way to help stress.

Having a Tommy Tank is actually a great stress reliever so this still works lol.

Its also ment to be good for your health and your heart, and can count towards your exercise requirements for the day, but sex with another person is better, because then you get your social requirements aswell.
