Please, for the 3rd time, can you explain exactly what this means? Do you want my IP address?
If there is anyone else that knows what story ip connections/history of IP entries are, i would be extremely grateful!
and i apologize if i'm being thick, its taken 3 weeks just to get this far...

Dear btc-e support, Please take a look at the: Ticket ID: VDH-548-26092The withdrawal is listed as processed in the btc-e platform transaction history but not confirmed on blockchain and not delivered to target address.It seems to be the same issue as the two below recently described in this topic, I believe you can resolve them in a batch: ... ... at least for me the issue is resolved, don't know about the two others. I'm experiencing the same issue as edgar, my email confirmations for login & withdraw stopped arriving on the 19th
I have not and do not wish to change email addresses. I have contacted my mail service provider and they have confirmed that no email for me has been received from btc-e since the 19th.
I have supplied all requested information to support. IP addresses, transaction history, methods used to deposit, etc, but I have not changed my email address and I do not wish to change it.
Please see ticket #WYF-987-76074 and re-enable my confirmation emails ASAP.

But - Money hold - 315 hours left... 13 MORE DAYS! FFS!!Why do I see such error? Hold is used in the following cases: Changing/resetting the password, changing of the e-mail. For the purpose of security. Hold up to 3 days. It cannot be removed. Depositing money from the payment systems with a high fraud activity. Hold from 1 to 7 days. It cannot be removed. Depositing money through the wire transfer. The time of the hold is from 1 month. It can be removed by providing your IDs through the ticket. So whats the story now?? |

Please help my account on BTC-E has been hacked and I have created many support tickets but they are not being answered. I was in the middle of a trade when I was logged off then my password was changed. My email address was also compromised and thats how I believe they were able to get on to my account. Does anyone have any way of freezing my account 'binaryclock' on btc-e until this is resolved? Anyone have any way of contacting BTC-E support? Obviously this is a time sensitive issue as after my password is changed they can't transfer anything off btc-e for 48 hours and it's already been 24! Please help!!! How come some deposits from OKPAY to BTCE are instant... and others go missing?

btc-e why some orders have so accurate time and other do not ? It seems that resolution of trading engine is in seconds. But if (and only if) multiple trades happen in single second then subsequent ones are assigned time increased by 0.01 s. (I do not know what happens when there are more than 100 tps.) |

After two months, my money has been returned. Thank the banking system because if I had to wait for BTC-E's support I'd be still sucking my finger.
BTC-E is great for trading but not for sending fiat.
I found out it is cheaper and easier to buy BTC at bitcoin.de and then transfer to BTC-E.
Just a tip for people having the same kind of troubles.
