Okey, its a 2009 Mac Mini with NVIDIA GeForce 9400 256 MB, not really a mining hardware.
I can test this on my iMac with AMD GPU later on the evening too.

thanks for posting test results, these NVIDIA cards are known to have mining issues under osx, looking forward for your AMD tests with this.

Typically, that error is a result of an intensity issue that is due to a computer or GPU not having enough RAM to handle the intensity.

Please move away from ultra.nitro.org, it is still the largest pool

There is a list of pools at www.ultracoin.net/pools.html.

Bumface. I edited your rant a bit. I took out some spelling errors and cleaned it up a bit. I think a more professional appearance can go a long way. PM me for further assistance..

Hello all,

I want to make some things VERY clear..... The UTC team is trying to make something positive and every day I find myself battling another army of trolls who seem to be blackbelts in the exercise of futility. UTC is trying to be a counterpart for scamcoins and ‘pump and dump’ schemes by presenting a long term ambition. To these ends, I will take the time here to rebuke every troll and hopefully take away their ammunition by providing some logical reasoning and common sense (2 great enemies of the troll).

The removing of comments:

"THIS THREAD IS SELF MODERATED, TROLLING AND BASELESS ACCUSATIONS ARE REMOVED WITHOUT WARNING"

This statement has been on this thread from day 1. If you are surprised by this fact it means you did not even read the post, which is indicative of a person who is here just to spread fud in a feeble attempt to destabilize what we are trying to accomplish (or devalue UTC so you can buy cheap and make a quick profit).

Negative comments are NOT removed if they present an reasonable argument or opinion. This means you must make a claim AND then provide evidence. Statements such as "this coin is an ultrascammmm!!!" with no supporting evidence are removed. These types of comments are not productive.

If you are merely coming here to throw feces like a primate, your comment will be removed.

I welcome and love a challenge (be it a venture or an intellectual challenge), and if you have honest criticisms they will most assuredly NOT be removed. Please do so by using adult language and logical reasoning with evidence to substantiate your claim and formulate a sound argument.

I wish to publicly voice the disgust I have for some comments here; most of which are blatant lies. The people responsible should be very ashamed of themselves. For example "PM bumface for a  secret miner that has more hash it costs 0,5btc".This comment really hurt me. People who know me know that I could not code to save my life. I can barely program a wake up alarm on my telephone...

Thanks for your time.

Does cgwatcher work with scrypt-jane? Have not been able to make it work. Keeps asking for url even though it's listed in the pools tab. The miner and config files show in settings but there are no arguments showing. What am I missing?

i would not worry yet, as the price quickly retraced up near 100%, means bulls still strong!

Sure it does.. just put --scrypt-jane in the miner arguments or download and use the ultracoinminer. To make it see the ultracoinminer.exe file, type a * in the filename box and press enter Wink I have set up a couple this way (not both mine though unfortunately)

Check UTC/USD graph at crypto-trade, the price quickly recovered from 0.4, also check the weekly graph, the price started at 0.25, finally a serious dump would drop the price below 0.2 or more as the market is still young and would not support huge sells yet, so i don't think stake holders would want to sell below 0.2

as for UTC/BTC it is also affected by BTC changes. anyway i'm still holding now, still looks safe for me!

Why would someone mine UTC first with between 50.000 and 60.000 KH/s and mine now since today with more than 105.000 KH/s ??

What does this miner has more info or now more than us ?

Or is this miner just a big gambler or a big believer ?

They probably determined that UTC was most profitable by mining and then immediately dumping with current amount of buy orders.
