Need some help with Linux compiling, just received a tweet that someone couldn't compile with Scrypt-Jane: "I downloaded the linux install - it doesn't compile. the vanilla cgminer compiles fine, the keccak fork compiles fine."
I'm not using Linux, can someone point me to help for this person?

I'm trying to see your side of things but unfortunately no matter how hard I try I still feel your attitude towards this is rather poor. We're not asking for novels to be written here. Small update every now and then even if it's one line just lets everyone know the dev is alive, mkay. That way maybe this coin will go somewhere. These markets are all about perception. If you get perception wrong the substance matters very little sadly. If you don't have the time or inclination to do this then get someone else to do it. You want everybody to shut up and wait patiently while you work? Then you shouldn't have started a coin I'm afraid. Do you think it's all right what happened when the n-factor went up? Not worth mentioning in this topic either I suppose? At least the lack of warning meant I made some more coins while other folks wasted electricity. If you leave people in the dark this coin will fail no matter how hard you work behind the scenes. Coin prices, like stock prices, are about expectations. Judging by the constant dumps on our lovely exchange expectations aren't very high currently. It's worth spending some of your time on. Why should he care what you plebs think? Shut up and work! He doesn't owe you anything, he already made 80BTC with the IPO... plus he could dump his 100k for another 200 BTC @ 0.0003 current price. Plus, the money he ALLEGEDLY got from Crypto-Trade for the exclusivity deal, whos resulting volume added to their site he is oh so proud of. |

That last part explains why so many have lost UTC and BTC on crypto trade i have now got 3 tickets for missing coins 2 for BTC and 1 for UTC Which start from the 9th of feb and have 0 replies its a piss take |

well everytime admin answer's some1 in the chat box about missing coins he says it will be sorted soon cdev working on it
That when he doesnt ban them anyway
but not many places to trade UTC
i tried getting BTC out today to buy cheap on coinmarket.io thats 1 of the stuck payments
i sent BTC from crypto rush just after and it went there no problems took 20 mins
my UTC dissapearing was the other day and my 1st BTC withdrawal was the 9th of feb over 1 week ago

You keep on deleting and deleting post when the stones are getting to hot under your feet...or when serious opinions or questions are to difficult for you...
You can not stop the feelings and opnions from the UTC miners, holders, believers and supporters.
You make your self very untrustworthy and ridiculous if you keep on censoring and deleting post by that way

There is no need for the kind of attitude your above post shows. That said - bumface, you really need to engage with the community. The fact of the matter is we have a high number of trolls in this thread and they are getting fat on the handouts. Just ignore them.
As far as I am concerned Bumface has give more than one update per day since UTC has launched, if he has real news I am confident he will share it. On the other hand if he were giving opptimistic news the same people would be saying he was trying to artifically increase the price. Bumface isn't the only developer or stakeholder so why not "attack" the others as well if that is what you want?
UTC is a very new coin that launched around a rocky period for crypto-currencies in general. If you believe in UTC then stay, keep mining and don't sell. If you don't believe in UTC then why not just leave for another coin?
@Bumface, ignore the vocal minority and don't make yourself ill working long days under pressure

I'm only trying to provide some constructive criticism and I hope you take it positively. I bought my first mining GPUs exclusively for UTC and plan on at least 6 months of UTC mining. |

stick with it bumface(love the name) we are with you and mining away. long term people. theres a lot of new coins out there that will die a death and a few that will do what bitcoin did( maybe smaller or maybe bigger) i thing utc could well be one that stays
