getting more HW errors than accepted shares now this coin seem's broke

Roll Eyes coin is fine, ASIC resistance doesn't come for free, it adds some complications. We need different miner settings on some cards. I believe lowering the intensity will help, testing now.

yep: intensity helps! gone from I 13 to I 12 : No hardware errors so far. Running 1100, 1500 with that and am getting 300k on R9 280X

Getting 320KH/s on R9 280X with 0 HW errors.. And intensity at 20!

However my 290 is getting HW errors Sad

hallo @ all

got only short question:

does the mining calculator on coinwarz work right with ultracoin?

in other words:

how many utc can i get with about 1000kh/s per hour ?

With the very recent adjustment, I don't know if that calculator will be accurate with the old settings.  Make sure your hashrate and net diff are up to date.

The graph looks cool right now.

Raising TC seems to help with HW errors!

It should, indeed. These kind of HW errors are about finding a combination of TC and I that works. Higher TCs work with higher I's. Doesn't necessarily get you more hashrate though. I is easier to play with than TC on short notice.

What will be the best setting for R290 cards ?

Im running this now: mining at 320-330 a card ( but getting allot of invalid shares )

ultracoinminer -o stratum+tcp://ultra.leetpools.net:3333 -u x -p x --scrypt-jane --sj-nfmin 4 --sj-nfmax 30 --sj-time 1388361600 -I 20 -g 1 --thread-concurrency 57000,57000,57000 --lookup-gap 2,2,2 --gpu-threads 1 --gpu-powertune 20,20,20 --auto-fan --gpu-engine 1000,1000,1000 --gpu-memclock 1380,1380,1380  -T

Anybody better script for R290 ? 10 UTC reward...

Enjoy the low diff until everyone else finds out. Currently profitability is up 50% while much of the network is wasting electricity on HW errors.
