Getting allot of :

Network diff set to 5 and Stratum pool 0 detected new block and betweend that accepted codes..

is this normal or must there be only accepted?

Along with lower hash rate, your GPU's will require a lower pool difficulty to submit shares at a similar rate.  The vardiff on pool should adjust down to your WU rate and you should submit at normal rate shortly.

I've given links before, but there's only one chart I can find for the nfactor retargetting.  the dates on this will be off, of course, as it's a different coin.  Maybe bumface can give the proper dates.  I assume we just went from N9-N10....but not sure.

These don't seem right (the intervals) for this coin.  I haven't coded for ages, but I'm going to dig around in the source and see if I can figure out what its set at.  Hopefully ziggy will answer it before I find it because, as said, this isn't my thing anymore.
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

ty for looking.  I am not savvy enough to dig through the code.  I've looked everywhere for retarget charts and that one posted is the ONLY one every coin posts (even when released after dates).  I know that was from YAC originally.  I agree the dates don't mesh, so must have been changed.   Also, if your digging can you see what current N is?

PS- you can pm if you still curious about wallets....did some digging on chain.

EDIT:  WE NEED A PAGE LIKE THIS FOR UTC:  http://muuttuja.org/yacoin/countdown/
EDIT2:  looks like we are on N9 now from N8.

You know guys, when a coin is profitable to mine, doesn't mean it's good for the coin.

Most of the times it means the exact opposite. A lot of coins come to the market and to who are you going to sell those?
Probably to people who aren't mining (enough).

Bit of a catch-22.

Be careful to mine a lot, because most of the times that means lower value (as is clearly seen).

Whatever you guys do, make sure you check your miners. I noticed that all of my rigs were giving me HW errors after this event. Prior to, they were up for nearly 2 weeks without any. Just make sure you are all okay. Hopefully this can be resolved soon!

Yes, Nfactor went up, so Hash rate went down, appx by half.  of course the entire network drops as does difficulty;  so coins per day about the same.

THIS:

yep: intensity helps! gone from I 13 to I 12 : No hardware errors so far. Running 1100, 1500 with that and am getting 300k on R9 280X

lower intensity setting

From http://ultra.nitro.org/

"UTC kicked into a new Nfactor today, At this Nfactor you should expect lower hashrates, This is normal for Nfactor, some of you may experience Hardware errors, you might need to lower your intensity. I recommend you restart your miner once. The pool is showing the new Nfactor hashrates, nothing is solid 100% stats yet, but we are trying to get as much info as we can from developers when they get online. If your miner is working just restart it, if it's not look at new settings people are posting on the UTC thread. I will come back with more information for you as it becomes available.

This is happening all over, so no one will gain on you, you should get the same amount of coins, once everyone is mining at the right settings."

Or raise TC - that way you can usually keep a better hashrate Wink

Same for me, I haven't seen anything updated for 20 minutes and haven't been able to login in over an hour.
