Update: We discovered a bug in our system which allowed someone to hack around $30 000. All coins are safe and we will pay ourself for the lost in order that any user doesn't suffer a lost. Crypto-trade.com will open back in 24-48 hours with trading halted. You will be able to withdraw your coins, USD and EUR. When all users will have been refunded, we will close the website for an undetermined period (2-3 weeks estimated) in order to fix our software and make a security audit to reopen later in best conditions. Seriously if your getting into a exchange market you should know to have bulletproof security measures.

edit: yea seems to me Darkcoin devs are handing out money with excellent timing to get their coin listed on a bunch of exchanges.. they dropped 4BTC on Mintpal (and basically won the competition), plus some $$$ on Crapsty plus who knows where else.

interesting that there are no posts from Bumface lately. Hope he's working hard on finding a decent exchange. Starting to get a bad feeling about the longevity of this coin. I diverted half my rigs to elsewhere. Been running utc exclusively for a while now but need to hedge now. Hope this gets better soon......

I'm about the same...sent 2K there about a week ago to start trading, built up to 4.1k and had a bunch of buy and sell orders going when the exchange went down.  I'll withdraw everything to my wallets and regroup until we hit a major exchange.

I had quite a few (for me) on there also; grrr.  I don't have anymore that I'm willing to move around, so I'll just wait I guess.


The situation really unfortunate and I always hate hearing about this kind of thing.  I hope that Crypto-trade can get things worked out and not have to shut down.  Also, hopefully we can get UTC on some other exchange to get the attention it deserves.
