@plant you get HW errors.
I am a bit sleepy but I think you have 4x290s?
--scrypt-chacha -R 10240 -g 1 -w 128 --buffer-size 3456 --lookup-gap 3 --nfmin 4 --nfmax 30 --starttime 1388361600
I Have 4 x R9-290 Sapphire I would agree with this, however, at LG=3 I would switch -R 10240 for -X 32 - everything else looks fine to me. I have 3x 290x and 1x 290 in my rig with 8 GB of RAM. I cannot run with LG=3. I have to run it at LG=4 and a buffer size of 26xx or I get the dreaded "Error 4 - Cannot Enqueue...". I only get about 58 KH/s out of each card in this setup. Just an FYI for others with 4x 290 issues. I would play around with your setup - make sure you run the setx command for max alloc - I'm not allocating quite that much on my 4 cards (only need a touch over 3000 for mine), but another thing you could try is to set one batch file to launch two cards, re-enter the setx alloc command, and launch a second batch file that runs the other two cards. I actually figured that out when trying to run 2 4GB and 2 2GB cards on a machine with 4 GB. It may work for you. Another thing you can try is to increase your swapfile size... 16 GB or more - couldn't hurt.

PaulR1: that is an amazing offer! dcgirl and xwebnetwork offerd 0.5 btc per person, but i just cant make them do that, as they are already doing so much.... Yes you are right, 0,5 BTC is maybe to much asking for hard working community members like dcgirl and xwebnetwork. But maybe they are willing to donate 0.1 BTC @ Bumface AKA Micheal..... I am proud of you... Finally you get the whole picture about marketing "our coin" ...and next to this as a fellow Dutchman, as a serious big UTC Miner since day one, as UTC Bag Holder (still did didn't sell one of my +220K of UTC coins) and as a UTC Believer I feel good what the UTC community pull's together. Again and again... Keep up the good work as our UTC Captain. Our "Captain America" If I can be of any sort of help pm me and maybe I can.... well we still need some btc to pay these devs Well Micheal.. > We did that as community once: pay together to get on Mintpal > We did that as community twice: pay together to get on Cryptsy I started twice that action and many UTC community members followed and donated big. >> We can start that action of donating again !!!!! @ Bumface aka Micheal.... please add here the BTC address for donating for the UTC Dev's.... Then I will try to start for the third time to get our community to donate... Dear UTC Community Members: Miners, Bag Holders, Believers and Supporters.We need our UTC coin to grow more and more.... and get awareness all around Bumface have good plan's for the very near future. The Dev team needs at least 2 BTC to make things happen on short term. I am willing to donate 0,5 BTC myself if at least 10 more UTC community members are willing to donate each at least 0,1 BTC.If 20 UTC members are willing to donate at least each 0,1 BTC then I will donate myself 1,0 BTC.....So guy's and girl's ... what we going to do to help our coin more in realizing a uptrend [/i] Put me down for 0,10 BTC greets Fabietech COME ON GUY's AND GIRLS.... PLEASE DONATE SMALL OR BIG FOR THE DEV TEAM.... AND FOR THE FUTURE OF OUR COIN + 1 I am willing to donate also 0,10 BTC . So count me in please. Don't ask what our coin can do for us (yet), but ask what we can do for our coin ! I just donate and send my first 0,5 BTC.... Common fellow community members...maybe your turn now "..........."
well said, all the wheels are in motion now. The new devs have already started coding yesterday.
But we are still short 1,4 btc guys, Paulgr and I are both putting 10k utc on it for the 20k utc that was part of deal....
So if UTC made you a nice profit in the past please donate some btc to 1H8rUGC3KMv7XnkJddD7XJRJQMDqmex7He
But we are still short 1,4 btc guys,

Guys, please help to compile working Ultracoin-qt client for Debian Linux. One which posted in start topic just doesn't work. ./Ultracoin-qt error while loading shared libraries: libminiupnpc.so.9: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory I checked all linked libraries with ldd ./Ultracoin-qt|grep found libminiupnpc.so.9 =>not found libboost_filesystem.so.1.49.0 => not found libboost_program_options.so.1.49.0 => not found libboost_thread.so.1.49.0 => not found
and then created symlinks which are not found, for example ln -s /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libboost_thread.so.1.53.0 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libboost_thread.so.1.49.0
but then got $ ./Ultracoin-qt ./Ultracoin-qt: Symbol `_ZTVN5boost6detail16thread_data_baseE' has different size in shared object, consider re-linking ./Ultracoin-qt: symbol lookup error: ./Ultracoin-qt: undefined symbol: _ZN5boost11filesystem34path21wchar_t_codecvt_facetEv
UPD.Done. Successfully compiled Ultracoin wallet from source. Consider adding these steps to start post. 1. apt-get install qt4-qmake libqt4-dev build-essential libboost-dev libboost-system-dev \ libboost-filesystem-dev libboost-program-options-dev libboost-thread-dev \ libssl-dev libdb++-dev libminiupnpc-dev 2. git clone https://github.com/dx11/ultracoin3. cd ultracoin 4. qmake "USE_UPNP=1" && make (compiling should take around 5 - 10 mins, depending from CPU speed) 5. ./Ultracoin-qt

** I've just tipped you! This is pretty awesome. I actually like to encourage EVERYONE to use the official_utc subreddit more often now. If I see anything that's helpful, uber funny etc, I'll tip you. Everyone can do the same. Start tipping each other! It even gives an incentive for people to be more active & helpful. WIN:WIN right there. How to get started! Contribute & get tipped in UTC! 1. Create a reddit account if you don't already have one. http://www.reddit.com/2. Use following link and just hit send to register: http://www.reddit.com/message/compose?to=ultracoin_tip&subject=register&message=%2Bregister3. Check your wallet address & balance by sending the following message then later checking your inbox: http://www.reddit.com/message/compose?to=ultracoin_tip&subject=info&message=%2Binfo4. Deposit some UTC to your tip bot wallet address from the info you received. 5. Start tipping someone by writing a comment to a post/reply with: +/u/ultracoin_tip <amount> utc (where <amount> is the amount of utc you wish to tip) e.g. +/u/ultracoin_tip 100 utc Please can this be added to the Ultracoin website and page 1 of the thread? Cheers KC

OK so the issue is now.....
When nitro 1 goes down people don't fail over to leet, greek, or PM. All the hash rate goes to nitro 2. Which then goes over the 50 percent mark.
This really isn't working
BUMFACE - Cant you do something about this ??

This is probably the main reason why the price is so low - People cant mine it and they don't trade it because they hear about all the problems (That aren't getting fixed. I agree it was a good idea to stop people signing up for nitro but it is going to take weeks for loads of other people to sign up with the other pools. But then again they will be put off because of all the orphan chat with the the other pool.. So the hundreds of the other miners are in the mean time getting very bored of getting orphans and are leaving faster than people joining. So the people that really want to mine ultras are getting 50% less just because they really like the coin but cant sign up anywhere else to get less orphans

You will be able to compile it and find a .jpg file is missing in "bitcoin.qrc", so just create the file and compile is done. Should do it
