Does anyone actually know the owner of utc.pool.pm? Can someone let him know his pool website is down for over 2 days?
He hasn't been online. But I left him a message.

Try starting with YACMiner instead - it's designed to mine scrypt-chacha coins (aka scrypt jane) git clone https://github.com/Thirtybird/YACMinerthen in that directory, run ./autogen.sh make strip yacminer done. Thanks for tip, Yacminer compiled fine. But seems like it requires another setting, these below are giving only rejects and worked on cgminer-3.7.2 sjane. I have r9 270 gigabyte. "failover-only" : true, "scrypt-jane" : true, "sj-nfmin" : "4", "sj-nfmax" : "30", "sj-time" : "1388361600", "api-allow" : "W:127.0.0.1", "api-listen" : true, "auto-fan" : true, "gpu-fan" : "30-75", "work-size" : "256", "gpu-threads" : "1", "gpu-engine" : "1129", "gpu-memclock" : "1475", "gpu-powertune" : "20", "thread-concurrency" : "27000", "intensity" : "17", "temp-target" : "75", "temp-overheat" : "85", "temp-cutoff" : "90", "queue" : "0", "scan-time" : "1", "expiry" : "1", "lookup-gap" : "2", "no-submit-stale" : true
Are you inputting "yacminer --scrypt-chacha" ....?

So ehm, all unconfirmed coins on Nitro2 have just disappeared... to whomever owns the pool: will we still receive them or have they magically disappeared?

That's odd. You'll want to speak with Stuhlman. Well, I suppose he'll have to address it.

check your auto payouts That's all good. Checked transactions pool says it has a confirmed transaction of 110 utc to my wallet. Thing is I never received nothing and I don't see it in the blockchain either. Must be other ppl with same problem?

When all the blocks confirmed, all accounts started receiving auto payouts, your payment came at the time when coins were moving from cold wallet to hot wallet. Mpos marked your payment confirmed, but the transaction did not complete. This glitch happened because we had the block confirmations frozen for awhile. We will push your payment for you. The image below shows how your payment did not have a transaction tied with it.

maybe produce a coin that has waves of larger supply. creates its own hype too. 1 month of 25,000/day then 3 months of 10,000/day then repeat.
sounds not good The price rise is normal, do not be deceived his eyes

thirtybird's Yacminer is different
change
"scrypt-jane" : true, to "scrypt-chacha" : true,
remove
"sj-nfmin" : "4", "sj-nfmax" : "30", "sj-time" : "1388361600",
and then add to your UTC pool login details the N factor code it was done like this so you can mine other coins with out restarting miner
I set as you suggested, only removed intensity as it obsolete. And below generates 25 kh/s on R9 270 gigabyte. { "pools" : [ { "url" : "stratum+tcp://pickaxe.pool.pm:3306", "user" : "Worker.workername", "pass" : "wpass", "nfmin" : "4", "nfmax" : "30", "starttime" : "1388361600" } ] , "failover-only" : true, "scrypt-chacha" : true, "worksize" : "256", "api-allow" : "W:127.0.0.1", "api-listen" : true, "auto-fan" : true, "gpu-fan" : "30-75", "work-size" : "256", "gpu-threads" : "1", "gpu-engine" : "1150", "gpu-memclock" : "1500", "gpu-powertune" : "0", "rawintensity" : "3072", "buffer-size" : "1576", "temp-target" : "75", "temp-overheat" : "85", "temp-cutoff" : "90", "lookup-gap" : "8" }
