[ANN][EXCHANGE] Poloniex - Crypto Exchange with BTC/NXT

If you have 2FA set up, you are asked to enter your 6 digit code each time you log in.

If your current code starts with zero, Poloniex will tell you it is invalid.

In that case don't panic, your account wasn't hacked; just wait until your code changes to one that doesn't start with a zero.

I've reported the bug to Poloniex so I guess they'll fix it soon enough.

Margin sells don't close. lost all my money and i paid for negative funds because i can't close margin.

Be aware of this website !

I though if your collateral is not big enough, the Poloniex will liquidate the account automatically. Did it not happen?

Margin is inherently risky, I was not aware they had such a feature on their site.  Kinda useful and dangerous because of how wild coin markets can be, careful

Seen this post on another forum:

I had an open order to sell 500 ETH at 0.0256 BTC from yesterday but the platform didn't sell any even the price reached 0.0265 BTC !!!
It was a coincidence that  I was on line at this moment so I canceled my open order and sold manually most of my ethers at 0.0262 BTC.
That trade was of course at my favor but what would happen if I did not took action ? If the poloniex-openorder-system don't sell "half" of the ETHers is it not a direct manipulation of ETH price?
Was it a bug or something else happens?
Your thoughts please! Did anybody of you had identical experience?
