there is no good faith at all from poloniax to replace my losses  Sad
I've asked for compensation for losses but they never answer at all.
support ignores all my complaints  Angry

There are no exchange in universe what will compensate missed profit, forget about it.
My loses not because trading, but poloniex exchanger processing my withdrawal for 3 months.
when i WD status Processing   STR   8601.89546300 2017-05-08 07:54:42 rate 0.00002770
from first day 1 created ticket to support but no response for my ticket.
finally they processed my WD Complete   STR   8601.89546300 2017-08-16 01:13:42 rate 0.00000400

very reasonable if I ask for compensation..
There are no exchager in universe that will processing withdrawal for 3 months except poloniex.. you know!v Sad

Bro. They are so rich now. They are on some beach somewhere snorting cocaine off a hookers ass. The exchange is on auto pilot. Everyone plan accordingly.

If one can not confer upon another a right which he does not himself first possess, by what means does the state derive the right to engage in behaviors from which the public is prohibited?

Has poloniex exit scammed? I attempted to withdraw my stellar lumens and I got "complete error" I put in a support ticket and has been no response!
It totally looks like they are Exit Scammed or they are preparing for it in last 4 months. As my ticket haven't answered in more then 3+ months and it's a easy ticket. As i had the same problem with Bittrex and other exchanges but they solved my ticket in 1 day. Poloniex totally looks very bad right now. As before it was my favorite exchange, but after making the ticket and seeing that they don't answer and don't even care - only then i understood why people was saying that Polo is bad...
But i still have hope that one day they fix my ticket and i can finally withdraw my coins from it  Grin Grin

No, not a scam just really terrible service and support from Poloniex. Just look at past posts and you'll get a flavour of all the troubles many have been having with Poloniex. Usually it's withrawals taking weeks to come through.

I am not sure why you guys are having all these issues and withdrawals and everything. For months I have not had any issues everything's been withdrawing fine fast with no problems. Multiple kinds of crypto too.

I tried to do two withdrawls for stellar yesterday, and got Complete: Error. I've sent in a ticket with TicketID #485931. Hopefully this doesn't take 3 months to resolve.
+1, the same problem.

+2, two stellar withdraw ended with complete error
Has poloniex exit scammed? I attempted to withdraw my stellar lumens and I got "complete error" I put in a support ticket and has been no response!

I'm just curious... when you guys withdrawing Lumens, do you leave residue balance?
just in case you forgot, Stellar address needs to maintain a minimum 20 Lumens
I think if you don't leave the minimum, the transaction will not be accepted by stellar network protocol
hence it will give you complete error or simply rejected

https://www.stellar.org/developers/guides/concepts/fees.html#minimum-account-balance
Quote
Minimum Account Balance
All Stellar accounts must maintain a minimum balance of lumens. Any transaction that would reduce an account’s balance to less than the minimum will be rejected with an INSUFFICIENT_BALANCE error.

The minimum balance is calculated using the base reserve, which is 10 XLM:
(2 + # of entries) × base reserve

The minimum balance for a basic account is 2 × base reserve. Each additional entry costs the base reserve.
Entries include:
Trustlines
Offers
Signers
Data entries

On an exchange you usually don't have your own wallet, it's a shared wallet between many users (or even all users).

This is how exchanges make even more money from there customers. Some coins pay a dividened for holding them and most, not all, exchanges keep the dividend for themselves. So it's makes even more sense to hold these coins in your own desktop wallet.

Very disappointed, I think poloniexis is the biggest and most reliable exchange.
I need some time to get out and move my money from there.

Just be careful and do a test withdrawal first with a small amount to check that it works, too may people have had there coins stuck in limbo for weeks, if not months because of a screw up by Poloniex.
Even if the test works withdraw in 'chunks' so if one transaction get stuck at least you'll have a chance that most of your coins will be transfered.

Don't hold you breath in expectation of getting an answer from Poloniex in this thread, they may lurk here but I have not seen a single official post from a Poloniex employee posted here.

Expect to wait several weeks to get your problem resolved, just look back through the posts and see how long others have been waiting to get there coins released.
