Uy. I guess I won't go another day without checking this thread.

I have been very busy answering tickets and resolving issues. There are still a few open with missing withdrawals, and I'm getting to them as fast as I can.

As I said, if you send too many transactions in too short a space of time, something goes wrong and the transactions are invalid. I did not know how many were invalid, though, because they all got txids. Yesterday, thinking I had resent most of the missing withdrawals, I spent several hours getting the trading API finished, as people have been asking about that a lot.

Then I come back to support and see loads and loads of tickets and emails. Now, I understand your coins are missing, and it isn't your fault... but when you submit several tickets and send the same request to the email address, you slow things down. Really. I have to check each one and find it's a duplicate. I estimate I could have taken care of literally twice the number of tickets if people had only submitted one for each problem.

At first, there were only a few complaints of unconfirmed withdrawals, and I didn't know why. I wanted to give them a bit of time before resending, because the Bitcoin client will keep trying to submit transactions that aren't getting confirmations, and I didn't want withdrawals to be sent twice. This is what caused the initial delay.

I spent a good portion of this evening setting the wallet in order (deleting all transactions and rescanning) and resigning the withdrawal daemon to used "sendmany" instead of "sendtoaddress". I will now see if I can finish up with the tickets related to missing withdrawals.

About the XCP issues, I will post here about it if people want. All the communication has so far been done in the Counterparty thread. Some quick facts (which have been posted there):

Total missing BTC: 120. Missing BTC will be paid off as funds are raised from community donations and the 2.5% trading fee on the BTC/XCP market. Additionally, the developers made a sizable donation, and I will be contributing some of my own funds.

I imagine I have missed a lot over in the Counterparty thread, so I will check back here after I've caught up over there.

If anyone still has questions, please ask--but please do not ask for technical support here.

same is happening for me, my funds didn't come , my ticket is 515641

Have you tried to send another ticket? 65 days being processed is likely no hope for waiting your old ticket will be resolved soon (they could already forgot about that ticket).

im not sure if its mt gox, under staffing, or just pure incompetence

now my eth deposit is stuck, this happens every other deposit
and i know what it is, the deposit minimum screws with half the deposits
ur a fool if u even try .5 like they say u can cuz its actually 1+
and even then the wallet software they uses holds it half the time at 1

seriously a low btc withdrawal fee is simply not worth it at this point for this stupidity
ima just use other exchanges from now cuz this is annoying

Same thing. Looks like I'm not alone and they indeed have problems with GAS deposits.

My ticket #524595.

P.S. Finally deposit completed.

Hi Poloniex. I can't begin my trading since my account cannot be verified. It says there that i had the maximum attempt to verify. Can you help me with this one, so that I can start trading. I already submitted a ticket, but until now, it's still pending and no reply from the support.

Hoping for your response. Thank you.

I hope everything is going well with Poloniex.
I have been using Poloniex for years.
Although it might take hours or days to withdraw occasionally, I never missed any coin there.

Is the trollbox ever going to come back?  The site just hasn't been the same every since it was removed.  Polo was the biggest alt exchange and the trollbox was the hub of info for what was going on in crypto.  You can still find that kind of info but it's scattered about more now.  It was much more instant.

I feel like the box could be very workable if you guys just banned people more harshly when they got out of line.  I know spam was becoming a problem but if the mods just banned people for days or weeks on first offenses or permaban on a 1-2-3 strikes you're out policy then I feel it would really cut down on it.  Or create a minimum account balance necessary in order to use the box in the first place.  There were tons of new accounts flooding the box with nonsense constantly, just create a 1btc entry fee or sorts or whatever would be a good number.  Problem solved.

I always turned that trollbox off with new money noobs yammering on about their shitcoin "portfolio" and how they were there for the "tech".Their shit talking made many people sick and probably the poloniex staff suffered various stress disorders as a result of their pettiness and demanding support 24/7 over 1 lost dodge coin.

I agree a larger balance entry point would get rid of most of those fools but unfortunately with the recent rise in shitcoin prices many of these creatures have some spare change and will still be polluting that trollox with the same shit talk.
