Good day, made a transfer from the stock exchange to the purse, the funds were written off. (Status Complete) but they did not arrive at the wallet.
It has been a long time in the block of blockade even there is no such txid. Nothing came to the wallet either. Where is my money and why have not they been transferred?

I have a large sum of money stuck on Poloniex, equal to half my profits. I have submitted multiple tickets to increase my withdrawal limit, but they are not answering. I am very scared, especially with the nonresponsive support due to the coming tax year change that I am going to get screwed due to taxes, if Poloniex shuts down or gets hacked. If I have to pay 40% taxes with the money I have off of Poloniex, and then I lose the money on Poloniex, I have lost everything. Even if that doesn't happen, since they dont have USD, I am stuck having to decide whether to own a coin or to own Tether, which itself could collapse.

I am unable to generate a new ETH address on the exchange.Tried to use different browsers like Chrome and Firefox too and still it just stays still when I click on Generate address. All other coins are working fine in terms of getting the deposit address but only ETH is an issue. Anyone can help?

I have $3800 frozen on Poloniex for 10 Days now, after I tried to raise my limit!  On their verification page it was stated that it only takes a few minutes but sometimes can take up to 2 days.

Today is the 10th day that I don’t get no answer from their support, neither my account gets verified after loading my documents.

My withdrawal limit was $2500 per day and now it says $0 because my verification is pending and I can’t take out anything!  The support ticket is in pending since December 19!  This is starting to really piss me off!

Only support people will resolve your problem, nobody will resolve without sending the support ticket it is not possible to collect those. So there is no other choice for us to get reply from them.

usdt withdrawal fee at poloshit is 8 usdt and they send it with a fee of 0.001 BTC (18 usdt) 0.00347 BTC/kB they are actually sending it with 30% less fee than enough to get picked. i'm stuck for more than 20 hours with a transaction.

best part is that they lost 10usdt with my transaction... do your maths please...

Just holding usdt is not safe, never mind about the massive fee, never leave you cash in a non-backed token.
