OOoooops! Looks like Vitalik is on a mission to replace Counterparty for Smart Contracts (already did), Storj/Maidsafe for storage and decentralized internet, Monero/Dash for anonymous transactions, Prediction Markets and many more. To be more concise... It all got priced in 3 months ago. In fact nothing short of an Etherium world takeover got priced in. There's more upside in Bitbay

Yesterday Cryptsy processed two of my withdrawals, for 0.77805570 BTC & 100 Dash there are other older ones still pending and I've no idea what they are doing, I doubt that they do either, but anyway a few more hundred dollars out is good and helps to confirm that they are trying to return funds rather than just run with everything They continue to ignore my support emails

My withdrawl has been pending for 48 days and I haven't had a response from support in over 8 days. Nice to see that others are getting their assets out, but I'm having zero luck with them.

Vitalik just posted in /r/ethereum -- Guess who's now in the firing line now for being low tech' (Thats what you get for calling Monero a 'real premine sacm'). Never mind. It's all in a good cause (we hope). Mudpies on stun and chickenwire at the ready.

Very cool. I like how you might be able to do something KYC checked, but then be anonymous. Like going into and out of Bitcoin then another coin. So if I buy my Bitcoin with Coinbase, then transfer it through Etherium, to whatever, my trail is lost. I like that. Or some day, I can run my MN through Etherium, get an anonymous VPS, and nobody would know who owns the masternodes. Especially if everyone started doing that. Nice! Very nice!

But yah, hopefully you'll have your funds some time next year Essentially, they're denying you the use of your funds. It should still be a violation, especially if they are indeed licensed, which I assume means they're insured. If that's the case, a class action law suit or something might work. But alas, I think they're really in Belize which probably means no way to enforce anything.

32 BTC + 7 BTC pending withdrawals = 39 BTC & 700 Dash + 2,860 Dash pending withdrawals = 3,560 Dash

It's all in a good cause (we hope). Mudpies on stun and chickenwire at the ready. It's funny because even Ethereum, created by a team of dozens over the course of 18 months with $18 million in funding, had a fast-mine problem in the beginning. Nowhere near as serious as ours, but still present. If such a well-prepared team could still make a mistake with the coin's initial emission rate, how much more likely is it for a hobbyist with a full time job (Evan) to make a mistake as well?

Except in DASH's case the blockchain pays the masternodes for the work they are doing. Just like it pays the miners for the work they are doing. You're not promised any return or dividends for buying the coin.

Evan's not allowed to be human, and the trolls still haven't said whom the fast mine hurt??? Whom did it hurt? Don't tell me people who bought high and had to sell low, because that's the volatility of the early marketplace and frankly chaos of the system we're all stuck in at the moment.

I already told you blockchain pays the masternodes for the work they are doing. You're not getting any dividends by buying the coin.
Please read more carefully. The phrase was " return or dividends" not just "dividends." The blockchain is obviously paying masternodes a return. Also consider the idea of "substance over form." IOW, a judge isn't going to care what word games you play when it's time to explain your golden donkey HYIP in court. Duffield is obviously selling masternodes as an investment product, and there will be hell to pay when his scam catches the eye of the regulators.... DASH
