nice week for DRK is coming!

we just hit 0.017 on cryptsy.

wow, what a ride this is going to be with DRK.  I think we'll hit 0.02 and then it drop back down to a 0.017 floor.

not that i have any idea about reading charts etc...i'll leave that to the experts.  I just want to be able to buy up some more coin!

Can't wait for one of you geniuses to set up an ebay type dark site.
dbay
dark nation
dark bay

A cam site would also get people using drk

What do you mean by cam site?  I'll put it on the list at darkcointalk Smiley

lol well... adult cam sites. websites where people (mostly girls) go on cam nude and raise money from viewers, once the money is raised they will "do stuff". An anonymous payment would be useful to the viewers and models.
Heres such a site NSFW http://chaturbate.com/

LOL, I'm getting old...

Are masternodes listed anywhere besides chaeplin's site?  It's still down.

Both mine can see themselves and several others, but they don't see each other.  And their counts are significantly different.

Hello,

Sorry if this kind of info has already been given, or a stupid question, but there is a lot of pages in this thread and i cannot find a formal answer to this on google...
( only found something near : https://darkcointalk.org/threads/darkcoin-wallet-fees.583/ )

I'm using linux version compiled from github.
I found differences between asked to be sent and the real balance, and i found transactions with anormal fees.

Example on this transaction : http://explorer.darkcoin.io/tx/63071f80064d88ed0571fd2dcf29703fb4381bf70a87defea304cb0941f0f0de

1. Is it a tax, or a bug at this time (april 26th) ?
2. Why if we asked to send 0.40119180 DRK, then a tax of 0.59720399 DRK is added ? tax is more than 100% of the original request !
3. Does it come from the Darksend system ?
4. How can i estimate this before to send ?
5. Is there a way to disable this kind of huge tax ?

Thank you very much for reading.

Ok now you guys are just messing with me

I just received 1.503 DRK ... 1503 --- the same amount the biggest wallet created in his balance three times in a row, the number of my btctalk username.

Anonymousxx you should rather be happy because of this fact Wink

Yeah it's always nice to get more DRK, I just love the fact that this guy is interacting with me/us.

I'd like to thank eduffield and the other developers for this critically important evolution in virtual currency. DarkCoin is what bitcoin should have been. Some might call it "Bitcoin 2.0" but would do better by saying: "DarkCoin is digital cash." - Child Harold - February 28, 2014

They equal 1 dark, the .59 etc.. is your "change"  Darksend puts your payment into a pool with like payments, rounded to the nearest amount, right now, I think we have 10 - 1 - .1  Not sure though.  Anyway, this should happen behind the scenes and I don't think you will see it reflected in your wallet.

Thank you for your answer. But it impacts this example wallet with 0.99839579 instead of 0.40119180
Because we can expect a large number of small transactions, we are worrying...

Yes, abalam, you should see the .59720399 DRK in another address in your wallet.  It should have been sent back to you, but to a different address that you own.  All cryptos do this, even Bitcoin, to help anonymity.  As TanteStefana said, in English we call this the "change"... when you go to the store and buy something that is $0.41 and give the cashier a $1.00 dollar bill, you will receive $0.59 in coins as your "change".

Looking at the big picture - couple months chart, 0.016 -> 0.0095 -> 0.016 looks awfuly like a giant bear trap.

If so, this will be an interesting in ride next few weeks.
