Can somebody explain from where the masternodepayments come from. It´s not from transaction fees, but 10% from mining.
Does that mean reward for miners will drop or will these 10% be ontop on the blockreward, which means more coin supply ?

I would rather Mintpal add USD etc than BTC-e add DRK  Grin

mintpal is the best exchange to trade your coins, and adding USD is more good.

The problem with adding USD markets is that they will need to ID people. Cryptsy has just started because of that, as all (most?) BTC to USD exchanges do. It's not them, it's the law. Many people don't feel comfortable with this, so maybe it would be better if Mintpal stays away from USD.

Hi everyone, I'm sorry I disappeared.  I don't know if someone hacked my account or if I stupidly changed the login and totally forgot.  60/40 percent chance favoring stupidity.  I had no personal information in my profile, so hopefully all is ok.  I'll just have to make sure nobody represents me badly by keeping an eye on it.

I get frustrated, and anxiety builds up, so I had to step away from the forum a while and now I feel better Smiley

Anyway, one good thing is this will keep me from spamming posts, ROFL  Grin  I'm a newbie again!

Try Keepass. Open source and free password manager. I used to have many problems with my passwords, but no more since I started using it. You can create a local DB of passwords, sync it with your phone, pull from the browser, available in all platforms. Once you try, it becomes a no brainer.

Miners will get 90% of the block / masternodes 10%. So, it's miners -10%.

You are right, I forgot about them because I don't use them. The ID requirement is necessary to comply with certain American and European anti money laundering laws, which I don't believe BTC-e does. However, Mintpal is based in the UK, so most certainly they would and USD markets would bring IDs.

I think the big wallet is Mintpal's cold storage, mainly because of 2 facts:

1) There are only transactions from Mintpal's addresses - if anyone was accumulating that much, would be buying on several exchanges for the best price.
2) Accumulation started in April, when Mintpal's volume started getting bigger, drawing more DRK.

Darkcoin could go even higher bitcoin most important reason is that it is Anonymous

If money laundering, dirty money in the Mafia world was destroyed somewhere not too sure that dark coin Smiley)))))

Just remember, it's mainly about right for everyone to financial privacy.

I don't want anyone seeing/mining my financial transactions and making any kind of assessments or worse, target.

you can do the same for bitcoin in the near future with sidechain or darkwallet

don't you need at least one btc or part of a btc to create a sidechain? in the future i don't think government regulators will go for that and will invalidated the transaction through things like coinvalidation. sidechains may take out a lot of alts but not DRK. btc's increasingly centralized mining will make regulating btc easy. that's the direction btc seems to be headed anyways and i think despite objections btc will/has encouraged regulation in order to go mainstream.

Thanks, this will make DRK the most most unprofitable coin to mine even it is on a ATH ( since minimum 2..3 months now )
Is there anything i can´t see. Wtf is mining this coin instead of buying ? Dont´t get me wrong i think there is something behind i cant´s see.
I transfered all my DRK finally to my walltes to not let me loose one more by daytrading.

Perhaps you are calculating profitability with no power use or with very low electric cost. Otherwise, DRK is usually at the top of the list in terms of profitability among altcoins listed on coinwarz.

Go to coinwarz, use scrypt 333 kh / DRK 1000 kh and then play around with power prices 0.2 / 0.3 / 0.4$ per kwh (while adjusting power consumption for DRK at 50%) and you'll see the part of the puzzle that is missing.
