Earn your own DRK coins by mining at the multipool. Not only that, you can earn DRK using your old ASIC hardware on SHA256 and SCRYPT coins!

DarkCoin by xpool - DRK Multipool

PROP reward system
DRK Payouts
Scrypt & SHA256 & X11 Algo's
DDoS Protected
High Performance Backend
Simple setup and usage
0% Fees while in BETA
To mine:

How does it work?

xpool offers 3 different sets of coins to mine. SHA256, Scrypt and X11. Each algorithm runs on a shift. Currently there is no set interval as there needs to be enough found and confirmed blocks to make trading worthwhile on the exchanges. We don't want to finish a shift only to find out, the exchanges are going to eat up the payout in fees or limit the withdraw with a large minimum. The confirmed coins are traded throughout the duration of the shift automatically to maximize the profits from exchanging them into DRK. Once enough confirmed blocked are accumulated, the shift is moved into "Trading" status while all the exchanged coins are calculated into DRK and then queued for payment. Once all the coins are confirmed as successfully traded and exchanged, the DRK payments are sent.

As the pool picks up more hashing speed and sufficient DRK can be picked up from the exchanges, the shifts will be set to a schedule and payouts more frequent and less worry about the exchanges. This is a growing phase so the more hash support the better.
If a DRK block is found, there's no exchanging or loss of fees as it can simply be moved into the X11 payout queue.

The advantage of the pool is that you can utilize your older ASIC equipment to earn you the more desired DarkCoin.
Cheers and Happy Hashing!

Cheers!

I should have about 0,8 after 2 days of mining...here have a bit more...so Smiley why not mining there? It is good for the community and for the coin as well.

I wonder if there's no volume for exchanges because of the masternodes taking 1000DRK's each... and that why the price is going down?

I know that masternodes are taking only small amout of total, but still.. has somebody calculated (minus all the exchange accounts etc..) how much there are coins laying around to be traded in exchanges..

so just pondering....

but masternodes and the payouts are just what we need to layout ground infrastructure for future coin development (I2P could be used the for distributed exchange, distributed web apps etc... sky is the limit), these payments serve as compensation for masternode operators!

Cryptsy's cold wallet has like 500k... I guess mintpal has another 500k or so... liquidity is not an issue.

As for the calculation, if there are like 400 nodes and 4.4 mn coins, there are still 4mn coins for trading.

honestly, I think the reason for the price continuing to go down is uncertainty.  Although I'm positive this is going to work and work well, not everyone has been with us long and they don't feel they know the developers and their abilities.  Also, they don't know the "quiet times" when Evan et al are with their noses to the keyboard.  They don't come here and talk to us much.  Not until they have something to say.  So people get cold feet, and don't know what's happening because the last post was 2 days ago.  Other coins, I imagine, have developers that chat a lot.  But can you imagine keeping your concentration on a complex project and coming here or even a friendlier place like darkcointalk, and chatting?  LOL

Even in the very beginning, you can see Evan's terse replies....and forgetfulness.  His mind was somewhere else (the code) and he just went with what he had going.

Anyway, I really couldn't imagine the price would fall again like the last 2 days, LOL.  That's why I don't trade  Tongue

LOL, who would vote no?  RC4 should have the send limits removed for DarkSend and the masternode payments enforced!  It should be a huge improvement, including to the anonymity of DarkSend.

Frankly coins101, I think you're short changing Darkcoin again, the price should be closer to $60.

But I know nothing, LOL, won't even trade because I have no idea why people sell for so low?  Why it's so low right now is a puzzle to me.  But certainly $20 should be a certainty!

honestly, I think the reason for the price continuing to go down is uncertainty.

There is not much uncertainty really. We know the market, we know the plans, we are just waiting for the bigger things to happen, and then adoption to happen. All this takes time, takes months - it's not instant gratification. All the while people are buying and selling, the price is going up and down, people trade the ups and downs etc etc.

Business as usual.

Having said that, there was a large dip in a lot of alts these last few days, including LTC which tested 0.0150.

Cheers!

I'm still trying to find hard facts, like what do you charge?  What is the expected loss (fees etc, in percentage) of trading.  Do you end up with smaller fees for some reason by exchanging in bulk?  I just can't figure out the facts?  Thanks for info Cheesy  I am tempted, but I'm no catch as I have no real equipment, LOL.  Just wondering if using my antminer here would make it better for me?
