Nem is a pointless clone currency.  It offers no features that Nxt does not already possess.  A significant amount of funds have been taken from individuals and they are going to get nothing for it.  That is unethical.

I've read it.  I still don't see how it's feasibly different.

"POI"  I think there are issues implementing such a scheme.  What happens when people's IPs change?

Then why are there so many interests in creating Altcoins in the market?

Like Litecoin, Namecoin, Dogecoin etc.

NXT cannot do this on it's own. NEM can inspire NXT or the other way around to improve perhaps.
