Looking at all the threads for uninspired altcoins, it's clear that NEM is really unique. Not sure how we got such a great community of people together, but somehow UtopianFuture pulled it off.

What about taking one Nem stake and also dividing it up and giving it to the victims?

This is a great idea, they are like our brothers. Would be a very nice gesture by NEM community. Very , very good idea j23a. How can we be sure they don't have  NEM stake already ?

I guess we can check their names in the stakeholder's lists. But even if they're in the list I'm sure a few extra coins won't be too bad. Take one stake, see what percentage one of the investors spent, and give them a percentage of one Nem stake.

For example this one guy invested 2 Bitcoins, which is 2.8% of the total invested. If one Nem stake is 1,000,000, then he would get 28,766.98 Nem coins.

It's all just a suggestion, and hopefully my math is correct.

I'm not talking about giving them each one stake, I'm talking about dividing one stake between 149 people who got scammed. At least 200 people got their Nem stake for free, using one stake to help out others is not a big deal. This is supposed to be a no envy movement.

Another idea is to signup with the micro-lending charity Kiva. Bitcoin already has a team.

In addition to receiving fiat, the borrowers will also receive a portion in NEM directly to their wallet. Later to be traded with each other or sold on an exchange. This would be good exposure for NEM and could develop into the first major introduction of cryptocurrency to the thousands in need of a loan.

KIVA is a great idea. Still, they do charge excessive interest to the people they lend money too. That being said, I lend on Kiva.

Again it is not an IPO. Read my earlier post to understand what NEM is. New Economy Movement is an community/ association/ movement. You paid a fee to join NEM not to buy a stake.

Utopian decided because he's the one running this thing the way he set it up, with support of everyone in the community who were complaining about 2kool bashing and putting down NEM. Calling Nem a scam.

Freedom of speech is important and should be preserved and defended at any cost. But, come on 2Kool4Skewl , you have an obvious conflict of interest here. Your opinion has an agenda; and I would like to read a disclaimer from you about it. He is one of 10 million + nxt stakeholder so he doesnt really need or want nem stake. It is just a pure act of sabotaging. But I would like to see how good his reasoning is holding up.
I have many friends in next community and some of them  holds millions of nxt so his acting is kind of an anomaly. It is kind of dissapointing that he may think he acts in the benefit of nxt.

You are wrong.  I raised my objection, because I was looking out for the interests of the community.  I didn't see a lot of innovation imo and I saw a lot of Nxt / Btc being collected.
