If anyone has any suggestions or questions please do not hesitate to ask.
If you dont like it you should suck it.
Your replies does the same for you, in the mean time, you explained nothing/. I had questions, legit questions, you had insults. Typical 15yearold reaction. I am verbal on my thoughts, you seem to see that i disagree. What i am looking for is reasoning to show that this is a valid move. You provide nothing. You are rushing to have this issued at an exchange as an asset, just for trading. very kind and altruistic of you inb4 groupthink

get a life child. cant think outside your groupthink, and need bullet points ? have a couple:
You cannot issue an asset and pretend it is a coin. it is not redeemable outside the nxt blockchain.
You cannot guarantee that the tokens that will be traded for nem will be destroyed after launch. For all we know, the holder of nem tokens cannot take them of the nxt ae market, so EVEN AFTER the launch of nem, nem tokens will still be tradeable.
You do not have ANY REASON WHATSOEVER apart from "nem will be traded before launch", which is my first response.
Now, go on and issue this, and lets all have a laugh

kodtycoon, i trust noone, let alone strangers online that pretend to care about "small stakeholders"
You asked for bullet points, i gave them to you and since you cant address them you are hiding behind others. Why dont you man up and answer the bullet points you asked me to deliver?
nem tokens are not redeemable outside nxt blockchain nem tokens are going to stay on nxt ae forever, and they will be tradeable. no reasonin to do this, apart from "oh wow, much trading, many tokens"
Oh wait, i know, fanbois cant think

When you tell someone how "great" something that has not launched yet is, you are making things up. If you want anything to be measured, you really need to let it exist first.
also, value does not start where we want it to start arbitrarily. starting value is 0.00000001 btc, not 0.1 btc because "i think so"
Well, I've seen bids between 0.15 and 0.55 for a NEM stake including forum account. Considering the latest round of stakeholders paid 0.075 to join in and won't likely sell at a loss with this one I think 0.1BTC/stake isn't an unrealistic minimum. Close to 100 waiting list people sent 0.1 btc donation for a stake.

but why? what is the reason behind it? if this is issued in nxt ae, it is rather useless as a currency. it is an asset, untradeable outside on NXT ae
you missundrstand the point and how it works. If someone has 100nxt or .1 btc how do they buy some nem? They cant afford it. And by the time the coin launchese value will have risen. Meaning they cant buy as many. Come launch, you send you nem tokens to the issuer(utopian) and he sends you real nem to you nem client. It means thousands with tiny amounts of coins can buy into nem at great prices and be happy with there buy! Nem tokens will most likely not be used as currency. But once they are traded for nem, they will be. Its just a safer way to store your stake and buy more or sell if you so wish to do so. My post explains this so you must not have read the pros section at the top. What I don't get is how we would determine the price of one such token. Just whip up a number ? Market determines price like in buyers + sellers voluntarily interact and discover the price.

You already trust utopian if you bought a stake in nem ,so why cant you trust him for issuing an asset on nxt ae?

I can say Circle is likely to be great. It could be wrong but their line-up looks solid. You should look at maidsafe too. There is a market for ideas.

UF, let me say this, untill kod finds a reasonable answer to the bulletpoints he asked for.
"likely to be great" with "great" are light years away/

NEM tokens on nxt AE is the best idea for distribution and atracting new people to NEM.

www.iotatoken.com https://twitter.com/iotatokenIota is a brand new and novel micro-transaction cryptotoken optimized for the Internet-of-Things (IoT). Unlike the complex and heavy blockchains of Bitcoin and the like, which were designed with other uses in mind, Iota is created to be as lightweight as possible, hence the name "Iota" with emphasis on the ‘IoT’ part.

I should say there is no cons to the nem assets traded in nxt ae. if you do not like the idea, then wait for uf to send you the stake when nem comes up. for those who like to get hold of or sell some nem, they can buy or sell it in nxt ae. it is a truly winning solution for all. uf, why not just sell the auctioned stakes in nxt ae then?

Is the NEM client C, C++ or Java?
I would like to see a C client that is far more secure than a Java one.
Also I'm not a fan of the Nxt client using 1.5gb ram on my machine.

Doesn't have to. I manage to run it 24/7 crashless on an RPi without even filling up all RAM. You can greatly reduce DB caching and VM heap space and it will still work. Only if you run a big hallmark, you do need a lot of RAM. Then it really is better to have the whole DB cached, otherwise your storage will be loaded a lot.

Please read my answer carefully, I've spent time typing it. - whatever you like it or not people want to trade their stakes (probably mostly socks, but it's even better, less socks upon launch == better)
- (imho) it's better to do it in organized fashion, that let people do it here
- let's say your stake would be equal to 10 NEM tokens (probably not more), you WOULDN'T have to trade, moreover, if you wouldn't like you wouldn't even receive NEM tokens
- however if you'd like you can trade them however you like (keep in mind, selling 1/10 of a stake is not something most people would do eagerly)
- there would be CLOSING DATE so any trading after this wouldn't matter, and to claim your NEM STAKE you'd have to send NEM TOKENS back to UF, so there is no way someone could "sell" token twice
Is it clear?

What makes you think that C client would be "far more secure than Java" (P.S. I professionally work as C++ dev)
