Oceanwhispers: Got home finally. My gpu core clock underclocked itselft to 100mhz then died. No idea wtf happened there. So I reckon thats why you were only getting 50kh/s. Anyway, look out for a reimbursement and extra tip for being a patient and helpful person.
Better luck with your future rigs.
driver crash... guess your rig is not too stable ;-)

driver crash... guess your rig is not too stable ;-) Yup. I'm still working out kinks with it. What I ended up doing was under-clocking my core clock, sticking around 13 intensity, and now i'm seeing stats on pools matching much more consistently with what I see locally. Still have to push limits and benchmark more before I can call things good though. Just issues I didn't know i'd run into. Apparently I've been under utilizing my machine for months now :/ I didn't have issues like this with sha256 :/

Your 2 rentals awaiting payment (1557 and 1910) ended 2014-02-03 20:16:54 and 2014-02-04 05:50:40 Dev why can't you just create a ''balance'' in account which we can top-up instead of sending for each rig every time a payment? It sucks ass really... If i want to rent 10servers at time I dont have time to wait for when 10 different bitcoin payments would process.
+1 Yesterday i sent more than 0.06 for rig and my payment wasn't received. I will wait for support. Also this feature solves other problem when users can reserve rig for some time, don't sent any money but rig is still unavailable Agreed that having a balance would be much easier. There is quite some technical considerations and processes to create and manage -- being a payment middleman is one thing, being a place where ppl can deposit coins is another. At some point I'll do, but after quite some work.

Mux, would you consider the option to allow communication with previous renters, at least to some small extent? I had stability and performance issues with my machine and ended up wasting a guy's time, but he was really nice. I got my machine hashing to a point that I can deliver on what cgwatcher is actually saying. I'd like to throw the hours to that guy which he originally set out to rent

i think it will be good if you will leave your bitcointalk.org forum name and ask them to send you message if there are any problems. You can also make a note to send you a message once they started renting your rig. @mux : i think a countdown timer would be great for the remaining time and a mini notepad at the bottom of the page so we can chat with the renter instead of sending emails.

why don't my sent messages show in the communication with the renter? does it not work to chat through the betarigs messaging system?
edit: nevermind got a response from the renter acknowledging my messages. Would be nice if they were displayed within betarigs. The reason being is that I have my phone notify me of certain emails but not all. So I can set betarigs email to notify me instead of all the random renter emails that may go unnoticed. quick turnaround for renters is an important issue. So, I would prefer to use betarigs as my primary support line but history is important as well.

Mux, nice service! My 2 rigs are currently rented out for a few hours each, nice touch that I'm able to communicate with the renter too. It's a whole lot easier to set up this service than leaserig - I've had a go there too, but my router doesn't want to work properly when it comes to IP forwarding (I guess because it's a cheap router that came free from my ISP, and I'm not willing to flash it with DD-WRT just in case I brick it), so just being able to set an alternative pool makes life much more straightforward.

Some way to encourage renters to leave feedback for the rigs they rented? And also, a star rating that is visible on the rig list would add to rig owners credibility.

what timezone are you using on the website?
is it duration rented = time needed to wait to receive the payment for leasing a rig?

Your 2 rentals awaiting payment (1557 and 1910) ended 2014-02-03 20:16:54 and 2014-02-04 05:50:40 i already got the payment for Rental # 1910 but not for #1557 which was rented last Feb. 02. and another one. i just dont know which of this is unpaid because they are same amount. it's either Rental #1691 or #1751. which was rented Feb. 03 i know it's still on beta. i just want to make sure that nothing is missing here, it's just frustrating that it says on the page that the owner is paid but i haven't received anything yet. at least show it as pending or incoming or any other words that will say the btc has been received by the website but not yet transferred to owner. seriously, this is my bread and butter. i don't have other job aside from this.

Relax, this is is still a BETA one MAN operation.
it takes about 15+minutes (if something doesnt goes wrong) just to rent a miner! This is just retarded... + it takes 5-10minutes just to start mining, you should start counting time from the moment it actually does start mining! otherwise its just money down the drain if you are working on very slim margins!
