So the biggest question for me now is: What Eligius considers as a spam?

So I made another tx this time it is above 1KB actually it's 1.8KB having 10 inputs. Both transactions together are a bit over 2KB but the second tx pays x10 for both of them.
https://blockchain.info/tx-index/77825564 Confirmed
https://blockchain.info/tx-index/77826360 Lets see if CPFP occurs this time. Confirmed
I won't post any more posts I will just re-edit this one everytime I increase the size of tx and decrease the value of inputs/outputs.

Scheduled maintenance

Later this week I will be doing some hardware updates to a few of the Eligius servers.  No downtime is expected, however it would be best to have a fail-over set on your miners if you haven't already, just in case.  Any effects on the pool should be limited to, at most, a loss of connection requiring a reconnect (immediately possible) while some nodes are rebooted.  (Most mining software does this automatically, so, no worries.)

Why it was decided to ban Dust regardless of the fee? Why not set a threshold to allow dust for a stupendus fee?

Why it was decided to ban Dust regardless of the fee? Why not set a threshold to allow dust for a stupendus fee?

That would be stupid. Why pay a stupendous fee to output dust when you can just not output dust for less than the fee+dust?

Because miners love fat fees and they don't care about the dust and if someone wants to "dust" the blockchain why not allow them to do that for the proper price?

Because the miners who benefit from that "fat fee" aren't the ones who have to deal with the overhead of the spam for life of the blockchain, it's everyone running a full node and everyone who syncs the chain from now until the end of time.  It is the miners' duty (in most cases the pool's) to prevent spam from reaching the blockchain.  Sending dust is spam.

There's no way to set it.

I have two S4s here right now, and they are working just fine at 1024 difficulty.  Make sure you have the latest firmware and you should be fine.

Is the eligius 9PH+ hashrate involved in merged mining of NMC too? I havent set any NMC payout address but setting a NMC address involves my miners into NMC mining too?

How do i differentiate if miners are working on btc or nmc? Its quite confused.

merge mine nmc doesnt affect btc mining hashrate. think its as a bonus.

This. You're attempting to "solve" both BTC and NMC blocks with the same "answers" as you mine. It requires nothing extra on your part, and is just additional money for you, the end user.

Eligius doesn't bother with namecoin-prompted work restarts.

Payout queue could use some manual payout love, but everything is functioning normally.
