congrats, it is a good way to start the competition, especially these first rounds without audience, it is hard to predicted results, although there was not many surprises in the first week, most of the favorites come as expected, but there was many matches where the teams were somehow with same chances to win

I managed to land in the back third. So the start was in need of improvement

I'm in the process of setting up Superbru on my cell phone so that I'll be closer to it in the future.
But another question -> what is the best site or ticker to be up2date on matchday (and afterwards)?

I prefer sofascore. They have a nice app and you can favourite teams/leagues or individual games to get notifications from them when someone scores etc.

Whomever had Wolves to score over 2 goals had their dreams come true within the first 10 minutes of the game.
They lead 2-0 already!

It will be very tough for Sheffield to score in this game. But I have them 2 goals so I hope so.

Score two goals within the first 6 minutes then nothing for the rest. I really didn't expect Wolves to win so comfortably. I thought it would be close hence why I went for the draw. The picks on the pool were mostly split for all outcomes.

I second this, SofaScore is really good. They have an 'average player position' tab as well, so you can see the real in-game formations.

Can't wait for Chelsea game. They have so many new signings so I am eager to see how they will look this season. Havertz and Werner are in the first eleven, Ziyech and Silva not even on the bench.

Both had minor knocks and will probably be ready for the Liverpool game. I don't expect neither of them to start though.

Nice job rdbase, I have a bad record at getting the yellow cap but I performed quite well in previous pools (I did not take part in all) if I stop betting on my team (Spurs) but that is the problem of having a team you support, right?

Still, very happy to get 6th so far, with 1 exact score. Amazing competition with so many smart people:)

^re Sofascore is also what I use as I follow a number of "exotic leagues" and they seem to have a handle even on the most obscure friendlies and leagues but I personally use Livescores app when I'm on the move and want to "watch" the game. They have a sort of text/image visual of team movements and commentary, albeit with a minute delay or so.

Spend $50 on Liverpool, rd=p Klopp will be sure to shakedown VVD and Gomez.

Anyway, I feel like I bit more than I could chew by joining three pools.  Lol.  And two of those I don't really follow that much.    I don't think I'll be joining the CL pool this year.  Sorry hilarious.

Superbru does have a lot of sports and football leagues and it's a nice clean layout. Skybet have the pitchview visuals along with some basic commentary as well but there's not much of a delay as far as I'm aware.

Surely you've answered your own question there? You get the bet by being the yellow cap.

SofaScore also has a really great iphone app. So I'm looking forward to the next game day

But this is great to know so to make a better effort in the predictions for next week's round.

As for the score sites: I like sofascore because they show player prop points live during a match, so this feature is an added bonus for those who have certain players in their pools.
I've used flashscore but their interface makes it difficult to find things at times. Haven't tried their app so can't comment one that aspect of the site.
Haven't tried livescore and might check them out to see if I like them better than sofascore.

There are no magic numbers regarding the yellow caps and every tournament is different based on the results people get. You could get a yellow cap with a mere point if everybody else failed to pick a correct outcome. You could end up with more yellow caps than anyone else but still not win a paid slot if your other round results aren't great as it's all about consistency. Winning a few yellow caps won't mean much (other than the free bets) if you're not consistent throughout the league.

I can not remember if I have such talk but to be a round winner there are no certain games. It depends on number of points you earn from the specified number of matches. Normally a round has 10 matches but we see sometimes round with 12 matches or 8 matches in case teams reschedule their kick offs. Whatever the match number, if you achieve highest point then you are yellow cap winner.

Most are the same as their names here. A few don't use the forum and one person doesn't want his superbru account linked on there with here (not sure why but that's up to them). If anyone wants to state their name here if it's different they can do so but for most it's obvious.
