This's a self moderated scam.

I couldn't help notice but 50 out of 100 posts you make 49 of them has the word scam either this is scam or that is scam what not , make up your mind mate.
It is self moderated to keep discussions on the topic and assholes , dickheads and shit off the thread , simple as that.
The password to that account is shared with 3 top people working for BeeCoin and there is transparency in the actions taken by anyone.

Please understand , just because anyone has a Bitcointalk account they are not privileged to flame or troll a community or it's users and the developers.

My hands are off self moderated topics. You may like donating BTC liberally to scammers, but I rather invest in other genuine alts from exchanges.
