Most people are just looking at the price movement perspective and i don't think that reflects the actual scenario. A broader look should be towards the adoption rate and the infrastructure build around the payment system
Because price is the evidence of the performance of bitcoin, with low price people will not invest and trust bitcoin because it is not valuable in their eyes, only those people who have deep connection with bitcoin and interested with the future of bitcoin will understand its potential to grow.

Cause they have nothing to do, they like to talk about things they don't understand and know, so talking shit and trying to show themself smart in your eyes.
you are right it is really crazy how people are mad just because they dont manage to make any money with it, it is really bad

many noobs getting into btc recently or skeptics / analyists (such as some mouthpiece i just heard on coast to coast radio) have no idea how bitcoin works. The malleability issue or poor coding by gox or theives setting up darknet sites to rob people quickly
turns into a "flaw in bitcoin". Although these misconceptions do harm market value temporarily they eventually strengthen bitcoin. Users need to be more responsible with their coins, Learn not to panic sell and realize that there will always be the doubters that cry wolf at first sight of bad news.  we are a community that can easily fall victim if users arent really tech savy / able to keep their coins safe. If only the fudsters would give the same attention to current financial systems everytime millions of credit card numbers are stolen by hackers from corporate servers.
Bitcoin is not dead everybody is telling me this things but why are peopel always thinking that the bitcoin is going to die and he is not so please say things if they are true and not just bullshitting on some bullshit

FUD and people always love to FUD, by making more FUD the more people will try to sell and leave bitcoin which means the price could be dropping. Lower price means that alot of people will accumulate this easier, this is the point where you can see the sudden rise of the price

Most people who say "Bitcoin is dead" are the ones who abandoned the ship by selling their Bitcoins, so is a psychological barrier they put to not feel bad and in the deep of themselves they are wishing Bitcoin to not rise because they have nothing now.

Any time there is a controversy about bitcoin, people think that is the end of it. Most people don't trust bitcoin yet. It may take a few years for bitcoin to be respected enough to catch on mainstream.

My strong understanding for the term "BTC IS DEAD" is related to mining them. Yes BTC has been long dead for miners with no equipments to mine them as it is now very hard just to get 1 BTC even if you are in a mining pool. And that is according to my knowledge and experience in BTC, I don't if there are other meanings to it.

This logic is flawed since every ten minutes on average 12.5 bitcoins are mined. Someone is evidently mining them, and we know that these are mining pools that consist of individual miners. Thereby, Bitcoin mining is not dead, by any means or to any extent...

But this doesn't mean that it might not be dead for you personally, of course

Well knowing a lot hash is required to mine 1 btc, and its growing all days the hash required to mine 1 bitcoin. This makes bitcoin system works well, as less reward and bigger prize. Bitcoin mining still very active in fact the prediction to mine end at 2100 is because the big farmers keep with their hash and some are getting more.
Doamader is right as many people need more hashing power in order to get those 12.5 Bitcoins which is previously 25 BTC. Can't you see it they are limiting the reward for each block. Also can't you see post about people closing there mining farms , selling there mining equipment? Well I'll change my statement for your satisfaction "Bitcoin Mining is slowly Dying".

Not in overall as nowadays only the miners with great equipment will operate profitably, small miners will die because they cannot profit with the current price, bitcoin price has fall back while the rewards is cut down so they will not survive if they continue to mine. The trend will continue in the future for sure every after halving.

Why do people keep saying BTC is dead?!

Because they don't know what they're talking about. Those people are just handing their bitcoins to someone else who deserves them more.
Yes people don't know what they're are talking about bitcoin , because they don't know what bitcoin is and what bitcoin can do with their lives for me bitcoin now is in now in the long run where we can use it as a currency to invest , do some gambling activites and or trading where we can change our bitcoin into alt coins

Hashing power required to mine 1 Bitcoin doesn't grow by itself. It grows since miners (i.e. the ones who mine bitcoins) are either adding more efficient equipment (in terms of hash-power) or their sheer number increases. As you can easily see, neither of these cases provides a viable reason to claim that Bitcoin mining is dying. Hashing power (per 1 BTC of reward) is effectively doubled only at the moment of halving, but this happens just once in a four year period. And this time the reward halving was very well compensated by the growth in Bitcoin price...

As it seems, you should change your statement once again to something like "individual Bitcoin mining is slowly dying"

Deisik suppose I change my statement to "individual bitcoin mining is slowly dying" do you think It won't happen to big farms/pools. Because what I know there can only be 21,000,000 BTC in existence, And that number is a finite countable number. So I am sticking to my statement. The only thing BTC can do is to double the amount to be mined to 42M but I guessed it will create a lot of more problems than solving one.

I think they are only haters of bitcoin because they are victims of scam or else they are the scammers who wants to get bitcoin from others by saying "Dude bitcoin is dead give me your bitcoin". Thats only my opinion about this case. Others also say that time by time minings is harder and harder to mine.

The rewards are not the only source of revenue flow that miners receive. They also receive the fees which right now make up to a few percent of the reward. But that's not what my whole point is about. If some miners leave (wtf, even if 99% of them leave), the difficulty (i.e. hashing power required to find a block) will eventually decrease (within a few weeks), and it will be decreasing until it is profitable to mine again (even if there is no more reward but only fees constitute the miners total revenue). You seem to be confused about what mining actually refers to. It is not so much about injecting new coins into the system as about supporting the Bitcoin network, i.e. finding new blocks and processing transactions. So, in a sense, mining can only die together with Bitcoin, if the latter is no longer in demand (read as dead as a doornail)...

Or there are no more blocks to be found

You are right. because bitcoin is not dead at all. if people still say that bitcoin is dead, or bitoin is not exist,  they are mostly the scammers or the people who got scammed because of their own stupidity and lack of knowledge about safety and security.
I don't see any other people saying that bitcoin is dead. bitcoin is alive and it is growing day by day.

I think not only of bitcoin hater who said it. there are many people who say it's probably bitcoin users also ever said that. maybe they say bitcoin will die because they get a great loss of bitcoin so he was very sad then say it. I think reasonable if bitcoin has many hater because bitcoin is a threat to competitors

We can believe in the bitcoin if it is under constatant development. If there is no further development, it will be replaced.

thats true, it is the main reason why it is so bad to have so much scams because it makes the adoption slow down a lot and less people get into bitcoins
