That is pretty much pointless. As soon as it has a physical component you run into the oracle problem, which is why I gave examples of digital-only companies.
What we are really looking for is a legit business that can only exist as an STO and become successful because of that.
That wold make it difficult as Internet only businesses often are shady as well. Interesting times ahead regarding STO I suppose. Are they? I am not sure what kind of shady businesses you are thinking about. I am talking about ISPs, hosting, movies and music distribution platforms. Of course there is still a physical element involved, eg. the hardware and the labor, but the end-user consumes their services digitally and can instantly verify they get what they paid for.

Agree, I know so many businesses away from the internet in financial, car, political, pharmaceutical areas, which are also very shady.

In order for this 100% anomine transaction to occur, should both use the same DUSK technology? For example, I use Dusk as an email service, I send an email, will the message be 100% anonymous until I reach the recipient?
By logic, an interaction with Dusk does not guarantee the one that does not use, the same security of who uses it, therefore one of the parties only would enjoy those benefits, being able to be calm

Can you explain how we can invest in this? No info in whitepaper about an ico, I`ve read something about a sto similar to polymath? Its late here, sry for asking
They are only doing a private sale and 100 eth was minimum to attend. Also they did make a sale on ethfinex minimum was 25 eth but i am not sure it end or carrying on. It is similar to polymath but offering way better features. unfortunately for me also 25 eth are so many to invest, the project is interesting and i think it will be successful, i think i will buy tokens at the end of the ico when they will be listed on some exchange... Wow, 100 ETH back then and 100 ETH right now, what a difference! I think the only difference is its price right now but if we think of it in the long term, it has almost the same value especially if you are a long term holder. But luckily, its an opportunity to buy ETH and invest in this project while its price are down. That's true

For me as well, 25 eth are still quite an amount of money..., perhaps when the token hits an exchange i'll buy some if the price is good Will there be an option for investors with lower budget to join their private sale or that is the only way to get their coins? Its kinda weird they wouldnt give a chance to small time investors. Maybe it's their way of trying to be more compliant? Even though 25 ETH hardly qualifies as an accredit investor

well yeah, at one point 25 ETH were worth $25,000, right now we're under $2,500, it's surely more affordable but not for everyone I guess, do you agree?
I agree but the real challenge is how to find a way to fully tap those who have the capacity to shell out 25 ETH and attract them especially in this gloomy market.

There is still no momentum yet and there is not even a strong driver / sign for a reversal of market trends. We will see if the price will go back to the previous support or not.

I don't think is enough to have a certain quantity of cash to be considered accredited, in here there is a basic explanation of the concept https://www.investopedia.com/terms/a/accreditedinvestor.asp

Eth price wasn't 1000$ when it started, it was around 300-500$ if i am not mistaken. But i know one thing for sure, it wasn't 80-90$

You either have the money or not.

My guess would be that the regulations for public offering are much harsher then for a private sale.

It's shame that the community manager isn't really active here anymore, there are a lot of questions and doubt unanswered here, am I right?

My guess would be that the regulations for public offering are much harsher then for a private sale. I would say they are the same but with public sale you must check much more people and do KYC for them and for private sale you just have few companies or individuals to use KYC on.
