Try stratum+tcp://us-east.lyra2z-hub.miningpoolhub.com:20581
Looks like europe stratum is full.

Hello!
I'm using 17001 port with Scrypt autoswitching. I have one question: sometimes Litecoin most profitable in list of 4 cryptos, but it never mined for me, only altcoins in my case. Why?
Maybe some switching bugs?
With X11 and port 17007 all is OK. I have altcoins and DASH balances too.

Second question: do you have plans to add more cryptos @ Scrypt? Because 3-4 not enough.

For example: DGB, NOTE, LINX, PINK etc.

Because I like your pool and I don't want to use nicehash scrypt, but 3 cryptos - very poor choice..

Wbr, Alex.

As pool is using PPLNS system for payouts, the 17xxx ports will only switch to the most profitable when a block is found on the currently mined one. This is to prevent users losing their shares submitted (losing credits due to early switching) and it is considered to be a smarter and better way of mining.

Maybe MPH has a plan to add coins in the future, maybe he just doesn't want to in order to save on the storage bill or keep the server loads low, who knows? We have an almost endless list of good coins waiting to be added for months, some of them are requested over 6 months ago. You can request them here but don't expect them to be added any time soon.

The pool indeed has a very limited set of coins for each algo. I guess, we either try to manage it here or find another pool or set of pools. After many years of being a vocal and loyal user of MPH, I had to realise that this pool is stalling out and despite my kind warnings to MPH, this pool does not want to keep its relevance in the game. I, for one, am switching between a few pools and this one now depending on profitability. It is not ideal, requires extra manual work but at least the payouts are much better. Sorry MPH, I am not going to lie, you will slowly lose your users. 90% of my hashrate is already somewhere else in average.

Hi,
I have some 1070 Nvidia cards and I mined for 24 hours on ahashpool. I was wondering if it would be beneficial to change to this pool instead? This pool seems to have Equihash which is favourable for Nvidia cards. The algorithms I am using now are: Skein, Xevan, Lyra2RE2, Nist5, Lbry, Skunk, Tribus, and MyriadGroest1. Pool fees at ahashpool are 1%.
Thanks

I use MultiPoolMiner to mine MiningPoolHub with my 1070 and it works well. Setup isn't too bad and the developer is still active in updating it. Start with the release and go from there.

The following algorithms you mentioned are not supported on MPH:
Xevan, Nist5, Lbry, Skunk, Tribus
Pool fee is 0.9% or 1.1% if you are using the auto-exchange feature (that also covers exchange and deposit/withdraw fees).

ADD pool DCR or LBC

need for dual mining !! Please

@miningpoolhub

Yes please do that mister hub!

I like your work very much, i am not changing pool again.

Also got some questions, i am mining with claymore on the ethash algo as i am using linux and i am having trouble making the multialgo work.

First of all, i am mining with AMD cards, and i often see bursts from groestlcoin or feathercoin or other coins above the eth-etc, for like 5 minutes, mining those on a multialgo miner wouldnt be very efficient right ?
Second, eth and etc are fighting all day, most of the day, but if your miner switches over like 50 times a day, is that efficient ? I mean shouldnt we be able to set a x timer on when the miner should check for profitability and switch ?

Third and most significant, have you ever think about making a linux distro yourself with preset miners ( like smos, or ethos ) that mine straight to your pools with all the bells and whistles ? I know ethos is charging 29$ for their distro and smos does 2$ a rig per month. ( The only problem with multialgo switching as i see it are oc profiles, but you can probably make tabs to set different oc's for different algos to make them work stable as i know from experience that while i run 1200/2200 for ethash, that speeds dont work well with equihash or cryptonight )

I am all in for an image of yours, i am willing to beta test it, as i beta test and help with smos images.

I am all in for a chat if you want as well, to talk about it.

Thanks for doing what you do, i think it is awesome!

Is anyone else really unsatisfied with the Monero pool on MPH?  Every time I do a test run I get a fraction of what I expect.

Pool luck has been awful (170% or so) in the last 24 hours. Check the Monero Blocks page. Probably now is the time to mine it as it should even out in the next few days (therefore more blocks to be found than expected).

Is that what's going on? Received -46% of expected payout on Dash. Bummer day to have bad luck.

Wbr, Alex.

Pool only switches coin when it finds block for current mining coin.
Litecoin is not included in switching coins because this coin needs very high hashrate than current pool hashrate.
It would need about weeks to find new block, and auto switching will be useless in this case.
This is why litecoin is excluded.

I'll add more Scrypt coins.

A question about confirmed/unconfirmed shares:

1) I have 3.01 unconfirmed shares, currently mining Zcoin. Does not matter how long I mine, a week or two, these 3 unconfirmed shares stays unconfirmed (actually they grew from 2.65 to 3.01 even in one week period). That means later, IF I stop mining current coin which I am mining, then these 3 unconfirmed shares will stay unconfirmed as I have to mine to get them confirmed.  That means I loose money.

I find it really weird. Can anyone explain me how to make unconfirmed shares zero (all confirmed, balance zero??):

Thanks

Yea I have a similar issue! 3.01 that's what 45$, wow floating around? I have around 1 Zcoin unconfirmed floating around. you can see it in my post up above your comment, but it jumps up and down. I think it is normal, and I do "think" it will confirm later on even if you stop mining.

"XZC Account Balance
Confirmed   0.00000000
Unconfirmed   0.00000000
Confirmed for Auto Exchange   0.04018455
Unconfirmed for Auto Exchange   1.00235235   <--This Keeps going up please help Smiley       Anyone who reply/answers this post, Thank-you in advance!!!!"

Thank-you MiningPoolHub for your service, and answering these many questions!

Unconfirmed balance will be confirmed whether you stop mining or not. Those credits just needs time.
Unconfirmed for Auto Exchange goes up and will be flushed within certain time period.

When ZEN?

EDIT: sorry, just saw few posts up your answer.

Soon. Sorry.

ADD pool DCR or LBC

need for dual mining !! Please

DCR will be added after ZEN.

Zcoin had serious problem on its network.
Zcoin dev had worked on this bug and I believe it's fixed now.

I understand how you felt and your disappointment.
I am personally having very busy days including the pool backend works. As I already mentioned before, I'm running more than +40 servers. Has increased few more so I think it's nearly 50 now.

There's some other pools out there that only runs one or two coins.
You would think that why they don't add more coins, but it's quite difficult to maintain several coins because it needs additional maintenance and db tweak, wallet updates.

I also agree that my work progress is slow these days.
I'm actually developer and not server operator but I'm currently under heavy job monitoring several servers and repairing every day.

For example here's the list of jobs I did recently.

1. bittrex have reset pool account verification level and it stopped whole auto exchange process.
2. Zcoin wallet breaks mining due to its latest malicious transaction bug
3. Dash mandatory update.
4. Monero wallet stopped syncing time to time without reason.
5. Expanse will hardfork soon. Block reward changes.
6. Internal Aurora DB performance decreased lately from AWS update. Had to tweak some logic and test to flush old share data.
7. Bitcoin gold snapshot
8. Asia server went down few days ago resulting 3 servers offline due to datacenter issue.
9. Moving, adding monero/zcoin servers at singapore region
10. Launch new server from digitalocean with bigger space.
11. Bitcoin gold syncing
12. Answering questions and OTP reset requests. I receive nearly +30 questions daily.

Trust me, I work day and night everyday including weekends.
I hope my new hired men do their job quickly.

Sorry for inconvenience.

Hi, is Exchange working ?

I've got status OnExchange since "2017-11-10 21:47:24 (UTC)"

Where are the "Super powerful monster servers are running."  Grin

Auto exchange was delayed lately because bittrex had reset pool account's verification level without notice.
I think it's because bittrex adopted new jumio verification for KYC/AML.

It's all resolved now.
It doesn't matter whether pool is running powerful servers or not  Grin

Mining groestlcoin or feathercoin may and may not result better profit. It can be different time to time.
ETH, ETC is not switched quickly. All coin mining has minimum mining time so it will not switch too frequently.

I'm not that expert to release customized linux distro. Also I'm busy with current pool work already.

Again problem "Auto Exchange" ?

No problem currently. What coin are you saying?

Regards,

(1) You can not send ZCash to a Bitcoin address, you need to send it to..a ZCash address.
(2) You can send coin from Mining Pool Hub to an exchange, I have done it many times.

Note:
In Mining Pool Hub you can autoconvert your ZCash to Bitcoin, or any other coin available on MPH. I would use Litecoin as it's less expensive to transfer and quicker to transfer than Bitcoin (a couple of days ago it took 2 days to transfer Bitcoin I had on one exchange to another exchange).
