website for JPC is still down. is it because of the DDOS attack? I always thought CloudFlare protects against that (for a lot of money Tongue)?

No PPLNS share on JPC for a few hours... Is this something wrong on the pool end?

Everything seems to be mining correctly, but I don't see any coins being paid out from the blocks found.

Just wanted to make sure pool is aware.

Watching it go by now, Maybe it doesn't add the PPLNS numbers until the block is confirmed... Just seemed odd.

Cannot get any work from http://solarcoin.miningpoolhub.com/ at all  Perhaps this is why the solarcoin mining has all but collapsed.  Very hard to mine if the pool will not issue work units.

Any ideas?  I have tried the Asia / US-East and Europe addresses, some small response but not fast enough to mine on.

Thanks

terciops

After a ten minute wait I eventually got a short burst of blocks from both Asia and the US addresses, but then it all went quiet again.  Most vexing.....

Is it working fine now?
Actually we had some maintenance time and did reset mining works for several times.

I'm sure it's working fine now.

Thanks.

Website got down due to DDoS.
CloudFlare works well but sometimes our web server crashes due to heavy load.

We changed some settings to strict banning, hope it will protect from later DDoS attacks.

It's all working fine, and actually mining work was not affected at all even DDoS attacks.
Don't worry about your hashes. We didn't lose any hashes and works.

Hi, actually it's not an error or some bug.

As PPLNS calculation takes high server load, server calculates it in batch style. It's done by some interval.

You will see every PPLNS number is filled as time passes. It doesn't make you lose coins but just a time delay.
Hope it explains.

Thanks.

Jackpotcoin Mining Pool Hub
http://jackpotcoin.miningpoolhub.com

There was a connectivity issue few hours ago for about 2~3 hours.
Some miners would have not mined time to time on Jackpotcoin pool.

To compensate, we will lower the fee to 0% for 28 hours till June 17th 1 AM UTC.

Sorry for inconvenience.

Not at all well I am afraid.  I can keep a GPU running without too many stales / rejects, but as soon as I put any remotely serious (5M+) hashes onto Solarcoins it bottles out and stops sending and receiving shares.  The problem is that it starts by sending shares at 64 diff which I think is flooding the connection, then there is a massive 'catch up' on miner reset this end.  The hash then goes sky high and everything stalls with a mix of 64 diff and god knows what in the buffer.

Can you up the starting diff level or allow that to be set for each worker at least.  This would stabilise this problem.

Thanks

Payouts were disabled temporarily since new "hardfork" and "hardfork revert" occurred few hours ago. I think you would aware of it already.
We stopped payouts due to paying out to wrong block chain would cause some problem.
The fork issue seems solved and we resumed it 2 hours ago again.

Sorry for inconvenience.
Thanks for mining with us.

Hi, we monitored this issue but actually 64 difficulty share flooding is not a big problem to us.
We have ran many coin pools and such flood is acceptable to our server.

We increased maximum difficulty since it was limited to 4096.

Did you buy your hashes? Maybe we have to decrease the maximum difficulty.
It seems some problem lies on miner treating high difficulty shares, not the pool.

Hi, i have been mining Dark coin and have noticed the rounds go by fast, but i dont get any credits on 80% of them.  when i start mineing i see unconfirmed transactions every few min.  this last time i seen 3 credits, all just after the end of a round, then nothing for an hour. then i get another one.  something dont seem right with that. almost like the pool is keeping some rounds worth of coins then paying for a few later. i mine at a few pplns pools, and none of them do this except this one. i mine around 5+Mh\s. user name is same hear and on server.

as well, the pool seems like it is not putting out enough work. sometimes it takes a bit to get some work. when i do get it, i finish it fast then it waits again.
