You are right I missed it. Did they take your legacy away or are they slowly returning the rest?

so ... did u get your money back afterall ?

I got 50% - 50% on one account an still waiting on the other

No, I'm getting small trickles of money, it will take me over a year to get all my money back.  I did send a support ticket asking if I can get half of it and he can keep the other half, but I haven't heard anything back yet.

They only seem to be biting on those offers when it's a very small amount of Bitcoin. I don't think it'd help someone in my position, who is still owed over 35 Bitcoin. They're just going to keep trickling it out for however long they're still in operation. I offered to settle for a return of my principal investment and was replied to with a form letter, and with the "Ron James is doing his best" reply.

Yeah, and I'm 1/10th of you and still might not get it. Someone earlier said their account of 3.6 was denied this, which is about what mine is at.

Didn't even get a legacy transfer for the 12th. It's not bad enough that they're trickling out legacy payments .1% at a time, they've got to skip a day here and there.

Yeah, it seems like most of the people on Litecointalk bought the story, the same way I did...except most seem to be continuing to theorize about things as though BTC-Arbs were legitimate. I think it's become pretty abundantly clear that it isn't and probably never was...although "Adam" did a bang-up job of posting very plausible and knowledgeable results posts for the prior couple of months, including hints at their supposed arbitrage method which were very much in line with how to do it efficiently, all of which lent credibility to the story.

But yeah, it's devolved into one-line results announcements and no further discussion of their "business plan," etc...and form letter or one-line replies in the support zone, none of which have anything close to the appearance of legitimacy that the site once had.

Every time I read the name Ron James, I can't help but hear Dave Chappelle in my head. "I'm Ron James, bitch!"

It's not that I got doubts about the legitimacy of the whole operation, but I still think the best results can be achieved by reasoning wihtin the polite margin with the person replying to support tickets... that being said I am still to get a reply from my last support ticket submitted.
Never has an negative input lead to a positive result ... basic psychology ... If I beat u up and threaten you ... it's very unlikely you'll have  a satisfactory response to the threatening side especially since the identity of the person is not established.

Try reasoning ... simple and to the core ... no names calling... just numbers ...

I've been pretty reasonable with my e-mails. No threats, no bluster - I just offered to settle with them for the return of my principal investment and to let them just keep the interest I'd earned. They weren't takers on that offer...for obvious reasons (they can't afford to pay it).

Not receiving requested withdrawal after 36 hours now, has been about 48 and nothing. This thing may be really on its way out.

STAY AWAY: rockwell,btc-arbs,bitcoin-trader - I've been playing HYIP's and have a near flawless record over the last year. Made over 1000% return last year. Play HYIP's safely and smart! Stay away from the referral whores on this forum, especially from those putting out their referral links in their signatures. They have no other interest but to profit from you.

I just received a tiny withdrawal from my general fund.  .0028 BTC.  I also saw on the blockchain that the account it came from has 270 BTC in it. Shocked  And that's just probably one of their many accounts.
