BTC-ARBS,
I know that I do not post as much as others on the site.... but it would be nice to be included in the refund process. I sent my PM to you the same day you came onto this forum as well as an email.... No response... No refund. In past postings... you state that people that bother you move to the back of the line... it looks like people that leave you alone.... and are patient... get NOTHING!!! What is your actual policy on refunds?

Not a penny my way yet. It has been 16 days. I keep seeing messages for others paid back so I am wondering if you ever received my messages / confirmed what I'm owed. It would be helpful to us if you could let us know once you confirm (agree) with what we say we are owed. This will save people from sending messages over and over again.
Also - Payments do seem to be very random. At one point you mention that it was first come first serve , with some random. That should mean that I should be seeing something soon. Any schedule we can count on? I hopefully keep checking daily, but so far not a singe cent has come through!

Guys, it's going to take quite a while at this pace. Unless he decides to try and vanish (which would be hard to do with so many people invested), let's just see how it plays out. I waited 11 days for another half a bitcoin. Long way to go yet and a lot of mouths to feed.
Edited the spreadsheet, also fixed the amount shown in the amount invested column, which now reflects what I was owed after the site shut down, before payments via the forum started, so the repaid percentage will be correct.

I'm not BTC-ARBS but I do what to see everyone get refunded. You sent your email around May 31st & June 1. I was a couple days ahead of you and that probably helped in my case. Since you have a larger amount you probably won't get it all at once when it does start to come. I think the random accounts were for very small amounts. Hang in there ... I was frustrated too because there isn't any feedback other than seeing others getting some refunds.

If anyone has any information on the admin please feel free to PM me. Also don't post that you do in the thread, I can help you with a strategy on getting funds back away from the public eyes in the thread.
Before sending a PM to yonce you might want to check this thread out: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=626622.0 Or you could just check his trust, as it is very enlightening. I don't know what his agenda would be but I'm very doubtful that he intends to help out anyone but himself. If you are on this thread and have emailed or PM'ed the BTC-ARBs person there is a good chance you will be refunded at least your deposit. However, it could take some time.

I have been fully refunded, thank you btc-arbs admin.
I deposited 0,5815 in 3 deposits and stated in my first messages that I was owed 0,55BTC. I sent him another pm a week later when I actually found my deposit transfers.
I am happy to be refunded and I don't mind losing 0,0315 rather than losing it all.
I will keep maintaining the spreadsheet so I will stick around and provide useful information when I have some.

We have been able to organize a good bit of information now on the btc-arbs admin. I am looking for any more on the admin that you may have. If you do, PM me as it may be new information that I do not have. There needs to be a plan B while we wait for the admin to come through on his word.

This random generation of btc payouts is baffling. I don't understand why BTC-Admin picks who he picks to give money too?!?! It would make more sense if he were to organize this based upon the first investor, on down to the most recent investor or even alphabetically or anything that gives us a pattern to follow. All this random payout does is upset some and make one or two relatively happy.

More than ever a reason that we need to have an organized plan B. I have organized a good bit of info, but I am sure there is other useful information out there that people have.

We don't need to make all the info public right now in the thread. I am gathering info and already have a good bit of info now, but am looking for more information. If the time comes the info will be made public to everyone. It is a plan B if the btc-arbs admin does not follow through soon in his refunds he has promised.

Yonce : no offense, but there has been already too much secrecy and hidden agendas around btc-arbs... no need to keep things hidden. Please expose your plan and all info you have to all btc-arbs community. In my opinion, the only way is to have a collective/collaborative approach to have some leverage on our btc-arbs friend. Collective patience while "Adam" make some refunds. If this takes a different path, then, a collaborative action (of any kind that exists)... No more side hidden discussion bullshit please. Be open.

He has stated he is working through emails and PM's in the order received. Although you did get a partial payment the same time I got my first partial payment although I sent my PM/email 2 days before you. (According to the spreadsheet.) I might have been even earlier because I live in the GST+9 time zone. (Japan)

yonce, why do you actually keep posting in this thread? you did not invest in BTC-Arbs and have been mocking people who did. What's in it for you to gain information on the BTC-Arbs admin? I do not believe you care if we get our BTC back or not.
Your intentions are not clear to me and other users in this forum, along with your reputation which is questioned many times.

+1 - agreed. Yonce : more/full transparency would be much appreciated. Apart being a bit ridiculous, & childish, any hiding looks very suspicious.

In the stats I posted yesterday I told you the partials and full refunds where at a (close to) 50/50 ratio. With dyask being paid two partials and now being paid off completely, his amounts are now added/counted to the "Fully refunded"-stats. He has received two partial payments of 0,5BTC each.
The ratio therefore is still close to 50/50 altough the numbers are now more apart in the spreadsheet: 5,15BTC vs. 7,53BTC
It is really: Full: 6,15 BTC Partial: 6,53 BTC
