I have received some tokens. Should I sell or hold?

It really depends on you, if you think that you need a money right away so better sell it, or if you want to take the risk, I better suggest to take some time to wait and after that you may sell it if the value increases.

It's always better to hold. But then again holding can be tricky, you can either loose or win. With the current bear market, even if you sell, it might be worth just a penny.  Thing is if it's a strong project then the coin will survive the bear market and you can get paid when the coin begins to rise again. If not, the coin dumps itself out of the market. Strong coins always make it to bull run, so if it's a strong coin...just hold and wait it out.

depends on what token you have received and how much are they worth in this moment but I can't see how bounty rewards can be big in this times. I would hold on to it, maybe in time it will catch more value and more adoption ?

I also sell 50% of the tokens I received everytime I have bigger amount of it, and yeah we always need to check first the potential of the project  if it's worth holding or not.

For my opinion if you want to sell that and some of expert are saying that  your token isnot good to hold for long term it maybe to sell now because you did not to them a highest profit but if you think your token are good hold it for your prediction but for me i will sell that.

I think if you are in need of money the you must sell it and ofcourse consider the amount of your token if it is good enough for you then sell it but even if you receive token but it has no a volume for sell at the moment then wait until it have. And if you have a savings and if the token has a lot of potential then do some rearch or ask  whoever is expert for this the hold it. We'll it is up to you.

Ideally you sell tokens that you get according to ICO prices or more expensive. Coin prices will definitely increase and also decrease you must be more patient with the coins you get.
If after waiting a while and there is no progress from the project, the decision is in your hands. The decision to sell or save coins is on how much information you get related to the project, so you will be wiser, not to sell your coins and after a while the price of the coin rises  and you will regret selling it.

I believe most of ico's will not see theri ico price anymore. If the project is promising, i would keep the tokens, but i prefer to sell the others.

No to be harsh on you or anything but that is something that you should have thought before you got the tokens in the first place, if you enter a bounty campaign then you need to decide beforehand if you are going to hold the tokens or if you are going to sell immediately, so if you believe in the ico then hold your coins but if you do not then sell immediately.

it depends on amount of our tokens.if we just hold small amount maybe it only enough for our daily spend.and actually holding is not always can be best strategy.sometime we need to sell and rebuy repeatly.

I think the hold is the best thing at this moment. Personally, I hold my all tokens because the whole crypto market is a bearish market. So at this time is a very very bad time for sell. But I saw some people are selling their tokens. But don't sell your tokens with that condition. If you selling your tokens now, definitely, you sell with losing. So be patient for recovering the market.
