If cryptocurrency becomes mainstream and commonly used by people then we can expect things like that to happen. But for me I think it is unnecessary to teach cryptocurrency in schools. Cryptocurrency is not that complicated if you really think of it. I learned cryptocurrency by doing my own research and reading different articles in the web. I think teaching cryptocurrency in schools would be pointless and we should focus on different things.

I think the student will difficult to understand the blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency because they don't want to discuss something that is too complex. I think we can create some institute about blockchain technology and we invited many people to learn about the crypto so they can have a place to learn. But I am sure that there is already one community that shares the news about cryptocurrency to other people so they can keep learning about the crypto.

Teaching cryptocurrencies in schools may bring good effect to the minds of the youth about how cryptocurrencies can help them with their financial status. It's really good if they're already exposed in the cryptoworld while they are still young so they will be well prepared and matured already when they start investing.

Many people truly have this negative thoughts and perception about cryptos because of what they hear from the media and people trying to discourage them from investing in it. They don't want to see the bright side of it and only focus on the dark side. It would be good to see adequate orientation and teaching of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology in schools all over the world.

Hi guys!
I'm pretty sure that many of you have been experiencing difficulty on making other people aware of cryptocurrency and how it works, right? I myself find it hard to explain it even to my own family. Once you mention it to them, the first thing that comes to their mind is that it's a scam. Can't blame them though because the news about crypto scams are always hyped in social media and believe me, even my 70 year old mom has Facebook!

Anyway, I realized that this is the case because there has never really been any formal education about it at all. We knew about it only thru word of the mouth right and we only got to learn it slowly thru experience. This said, I'm thinking, what if it's taught in schools? Perhaps just start with those taking Accountancy or Banking and Finance courses to begin with, then eventually incorporate it to Mathematics subject or whatever in High School? After all, they were able to do that with banking, right? Why not with cryptocurrency? What do you think?
well at school it os a little bit too early and children might not need it in the future but in universities like an after school activity

I don't think that's a good thing. in school they should be taught more about morality and character, crypto is a separate place and I think schools are not suitable places for their stages

Why not? The world developed day by day. People are being smart, people want to use more smart way. Blockchain Technology is smartway for transaction. Cryptocurrency can be change the whole world. So I think from school level children needs to get idea about cryptocurrency and smart blocks in system.

It will be taught, but not as much as i think you are expecting it to be.

Teachers will talk about it in passing in classes like math, economics, and of course computer science or engineering. But bottom line is, it doesn't need to be a whole course or anything like that unless you plan to build things with it. People just need to know what it's capabilities and limitations are.

I've heard in some countries there're courses and faculties of blockchain technologies. I guess it's cool! New knowledge and skills must be spread widely cause it's the path to the prosperity of the world community!

This is certainly a good idea, but I think society is not yet ready for this and not all States either.

I think in future there is a possibility that the cryptocurrency will be taught in universities, but I doubt that we will see it in school educational programme.

in a school i think the possible things for now is only an additional like give them a presentation to introduce and give them awareness there will be a next technology that will be a mainstream in the future.
If in a college i think it's a good thing if it will be added to one of courses but on the first time there will be might a lack of information be given. But i'am sure it will be evolved until cryptocurrency or even a blockchain being a proper courses

Why not? I think children need to know that there is a virtual currency. What it has features and amenities. The world is developing, and young people too. They will be interesting and informative.

In my opinion, the idea is not bad, but I would recommend studying in institutions. What would take knowledge more consciously

Yes the time will come in future because the digital currency is booming. A lot of people already use this currency. Hopefully in future it will the main transaction system. So the basic learning should start from school.
Cryptoncurrency education in school is a good idea. It will be helpful for students to make them financially independent and economy stable. In many universities also teach their students about cryptocurrency. In schools we can teach students about cryptocurrency by making special cryptocurrency related videos for them and we can also arrange various cryptocurrency camps for their better interaction. Education about cryptocurrency help then in trading, investing, mining etc.

I think that has no need. This should not include in school text book. This is a upper level knowledge. In College level, One chapter in enough what i think about cryptocurrency.

If it is, it will not hurt. The young generation should know and develop on new technologies. And virtual currency and all transactions. This is our future. And then you can not argue.

This would be a good decision. But Crypto currency is still forbidden in most of the country. Then what will you do.So i think it has no need in school level. When they will be interested, they will learn about it.

Cryptocurrency is becoming an integral part of our life, which means that as many people as possible should know about it from a very early age.

Perhaps a short course of study and cognition of specific information about cryptocurrency should occur in high school, But a deeper study of this material still needs to be carried out in other schools.
