Not if you bought at 800 and sold at 1300, look at the charts No, I meant I was right about my prediction that it won't reach 3000 satoshi...didn't even come close to it If you bought at 800 and sold @ 1300 good job...i didn't buy anything but kept selling from mining, most of my sells where in the range 900-1100...i haven't sold below 800 until a few hours ago , i felt bad people buying at 1000+ but hey I warned them not to buy at above 800 LOL Right so far, but that's a short time frame. The coin is only 2 weeks old. I have 3% of all Octocoins and I won't be blinking, happy to keep buying and topping that up at these low prices. I have a good feeling about this coin, the last time I had as much confidence in a new coin was in the early days of Auroracoin when I was solomining blocks of it There's something about this one... I could be wrong of course but give it at least 3 months before writing it off. I only meant the prediction for up to a month, it's impossible to predict what happens in the future..it could be 100000 satoshi or 1 lol no one knows. 3% nice...you will make profit no matter what happens unless it drops below 10 satoshi lol How much did you make on Auroracoin? 3% of current distribution. Let's just say I made over $10k on AUR, but sold out WAY too early following the advice of somebody on Twitter and panic selling! I whould have made at least 3 times as much, so a bitter sweet pill! You live and learn. I hate panic selling, such a pain in th a$$. at least you still made money, so it's good, like you said live and learn

I wonder if these issues could be related to the update on the wallet. It wasn't a mandatory update. Which version of the wallet are you two guys with problems using?
good point. now I wonder what version they are using

We don't control the faucet. The owner of the website does. In fact it's been up for about 1 day. We just spent btc buying votes to get the faucet up and running so please be patient. The faucet fund will grow as this community starts to see returns on their investment buying or mining the coin. For now I have donated 100 OctoCoin to the faucet and 50 to the dev of the site. I have no idea at what rate the faucet releases coins. The balance is showing 100 already though. it's not our job/obligation to upload the faucet. empty faucets for more than 3 days get disabled according to our terms of use. haha by no means did i mean it was your job to upload the faucet. it was more of letting that guy know that the faucet just launched and there are probably many users on here who hadn't seen that it was up and running over the weekend. i'm sure plenty of people here will donate and i'm sure the devs will donate as well. and i hope they donate to you as well for providing the service. i did and will continue to.

click on the transaction tab in your wallet then right click over transaction and select "Show transaction details"... Then post it here Also, if you just submitted the transaction sometimes it takes a little longer than it should, however if it's been 30+ minutes it's not normal

yeah i didn't update my wallet since it wasn't mandatory. i wonder if it has anything to do with the updated version. nobody really had any posts with issues on the first wallet. both users posted after the 1b update.

I had a problem with a stuck transaction for days, here is how I solved it:
I deleted the blockchain, and replaced wallet.dat with a backup made before the stuck transaction.
While the blockchain was re-downloading, but before it received the stuck transaction from the network, I very quickly sent the coins in a new transaction.
The new transaction cleared after leaving the wallet open and connected for nearly 24 hours, and the coins are now where they should be.
Hope this helps those of you having the same issue!
(also, I am on the original wallet, have never upgraded)

Thanks for your help! I hope this helps the people who are having issues. More so, I hope they were smart enough to back up their wallet first thing

No it will not help!
We need a fix from DEV!
fix the dump priv key command in the wallet-QT!
If we can dump our priv-key then we can make wallet.dat forget bad transactions.

I am also having the problem and can't send any coins....I have several transactions that have been stuck for 3+days.
I have tried deleting everything except wallet.dat and letting it rebuild. I did this with both version of wallet. still no luck. I increased the transaction fee to .01 with my tests to see if that would help...no luck.
Any help would be great! Dev needs to address the problem, seems I am not alone!

Hey guys, in case anyone's wondering, the payout cronjob got stuck, so I had to manually restart it this morning. I went back and manually checked over payouts, so everyone got paid.

You guys might want to check your wallet balance and compare it to what the block explorer(s) are showing.
My wallet contains 7104 more coins than the block explorer is giving me credit for. In checking the transactions, this is the amount of coins that I directly solo mined.
