Don't post much here but the OctoCoin devs have been upset with us for our lack of participation so I suppose it's time we get more involved in the community. I'd like to apologize to anybody that has experienced slow replies from FusionHash support. We do stay on top of support requests but we don't always get back as soon as we would like. We are currently putting the finishing touches on our mining farm/hash rental service which is the primary focus of FusionHash for the next several months. We put pools up live for coins that we felt were of the highest quality and work closely with the devs to ensure standards are being met on both sides. While we didn't anticipate much support would be needed just for pools, we do monitor everything and read every support ticket (as few as there may be). We still don't have our dedicated support team in place (they are currently in training and will be supporting much more than just the pools) but I wanted to confirm that we do receive messages, we do fix any issues (usually a stuck cronjob every once in a while but no shares are lost), and we reply as soon as we can. We never received any communication from the individual claiming we have stolen their 888 and that individual does not have an account at FusionHash under the same name. Not sure where the communication issue is occurring but please contact us here on this forum and somebody will check it at least twice/day. I'm trying to understand what their issue is but will need more details in order to correct the problem. I assure you we aren't pissing away the reputation of our entire business for 2000 OctoCoins from some randomly chosen guy - there is obviously a misunderstanding here and we want to get it resolved.

I think most users here understood that both you and the Octo devs were busy. I also think the guy claiming that you stole from him was more looking to just slander Octo/Fusionhash. If in fact he was telling the truth he may be experiencing what i experienced on the Megacoin pool. When I go to unlock my account and set my payout address the first time it worked. I added my wallet address and set the threshold to pay at 10. When it didn't pay I went back and the wallet address was missing, my account was locked again and the balance was at 10 Megacoins. I have tried to unlock it and reset the password and attempted to unlock again.

My username is frameLAlife and email is kristharp78@gmail.com. I sent an email regarding this.

Nonetheless, I have mined Mega, Anon and Octo with your pool. I have to say you are one of the best pools out there.

I'm glad you are with Octo and I'm excited to see what the future holds for this coin, this pool and the members that have been active here.

Keep your shitty  "better than others" attitude to yourself. If you have a contribution and sincerely want to help someone then by all means help. If your only motivation is to put people down and be a tool, then stay off the keyboard. Nothing to be gained by rudeness, much better to either keep quiet or work to create a friendly community of sharing and mutual learning and profit.
