There have been way too many other coins that were surrounded by real BS that deserved that type of treatment from posters, but this coin and this thread is not one of them.
frameLAlife, you said it the best way it could be said. Thank you.Lets all just get back into normal discussions and posting (we're all waiting on the upcoming announced news from the devs with some expectation, I believe ) Those that choose otherwise are simply not helping themselves or anybody else, but that's just human nature Best to just ignore them, I say. I agree! Ignore the naysayers! I am still so surprised how cheap OCTO is on the exchanges right now. I honestly expected it to be over 3000 satoshis after day 8 and you can currently buy them for under 600 as of right now! I think this coin will pay off for those who invest and hold. I am slowly buying up more and more while mining so you naysayers keep selling cheap! the funny thing is it will ne minimum a double/triple up of your investment, so not mining/buying some now is a big mistake. Its easy money right now and i cant understand why people are selling this for under 1k satoshis... But yes... when there are winners, there have also to be lo.... wait no, its also profitable to mine, but holding will bring you +200/300% more. Minimum. Really minimum. I understand the mining and selling to generate money to help pay the bills and what not, it makes sense. They win now and the people buying them up win later :D

I think it will get a bump if the announcements say something amazing as far as a service that nobody has thought of for crypto. I also think it will go up when mint and cryptsy get the coin. Can't wait!

you can make a minimum return but even with a high hash rate you are really underselling. i am holding this coin until it's worth selling because i believe the price will go up.
also, i am lucky i don't NEED the money from mining each week. if i did i could see mining to dump being necessary. i'm lucky i guess. it's all extra for me.
i mean i think it's safe to say that because it's not a pump and dump, as long as the devs deliver on some of the promises you'll see a rise. if they don't you could prolly still dump at the current price a month or two from now. so if you don't have to have it then why sell now?
that doesn't mean that since there are buyers you can't sell high and buy low to grow your stash trading. i'm doing that pretty successfully on cryptorush.

https://fusionhash.com/octocoin/I can't log in and I'm getting no response form the support I'd get out of that pool if I was you . Looks like they stole my coins. Yeah, nobody is getting out of fusion hash. Did you try sending them an email and asking what's up? I highly doubt they stole your coins. Just because you're frustrated doesn't mean you come on here spreading BS. I haven't had any issues with mining Octocoin at Fusionhash. I have had an issue with unlocking my account with my pin to withdraw my Megacoins I mined with fusionhash.... guess what? I didn't go on their thread saying they "stole my coins." How about you delete that post and start over. It should go something like this: Hi guys. I am currently mining Octocoin at Fusion Hash. For some reason I cannnot log in. I have tried to send an email to support and have not gotten a response. Does anyone know how long the turn around time typically is when you email them for support? Does anyone have any ideas on what the issue could be or anything I could try to resolve the issue?
Devs, when you read this post, I know you are in contact with Fusion Hash. Could you pass this information along so that I could figure out what is going on with my account!
Thanks! That's prolly a little better than "they don't respond, i'd get out of that pool, they stole my coins." Think before you type. The end. P.S. i give you permission to steal my work above since you are too lazy to communicate in a way that will solve your problem a lot quicker than crazy accusations and slander. You may copy and paste for your lazy convenience. As I reply to these, I'm just now catching up on my threads for the day so this may have been said already. . . Problems like this go with the territory with crypto mining and pools, bigger pools may take much longer to respond to issues such as locked accounts and missing transactions. This is why I strive to give personal (and quick) service in each of my pools to users having such issues. In my case, my pools aren't ran by a corporation with big investments and big servers. They're ran by one man, who is either at his computer or getting his 8 hours of sleep

Stop posting your annoying BULLSHIT.
Nobody is stealing your coins.
Maybe there is an issue with fusionhash and the pin reset but that doesn't mean anyone is stealing anything.
Stop posting in large annoying fonts please.

The FusionHash guys are professionals, and they haven't stolen anything. You're likely locked out of your account, the system does that automatically if you get your password wrong so many times in a row, or if people are trying to hack your account. The only thing with FusionHash is that it takes longer to get a response to support requests as they're busy people, and as I've said, they have full time jobs. If you're really not happy with FusionHash, come mine at my pool! Unless I'm in bed I usually respond pretty quick to support requests, and if it's urgent, you can PM me on IRC, it has an audible alert.

I have been using fusionhash since the beginning, no problems with it...very good pool Yeah, I've heard nothing but good things too. I imagine that one guy is either trolling, or locked himself out of his account. It'd take some real convincing for me to believe FH was stealing people's coins. Like my pool, they were another pool on board with the devs since before day 1. The thing that sets my pool apart from FusionHash is I strive to give the personal touch and to stay visible in the community and be as transparent as possible about the workings of my services. I believe that is the key to success, and even though I may not be rolling in big bucks, it's still rewarding to know everyone's happy. I've got about 10,001 different things I'm working on, but the new Dune novel just dropped, and Saturday is my birthday, so I'm chilling this weekend. As always, though, I will be on top of things!

I have been trying to contact them for 3 dam days and no response. So what then. You think I just come here to slander a small pool like this? I can't log and I am not getting any response from them. That equals my coins being stolen. I have sent them 6 emails tried reseting my password dozens of times. And I cannot log in. SO WTF ever they are fucking me.
So if you can get a hold of them and have them contact me and give me acess to my account again then I will resend my accusation of theft. But I haven't been able to access my account for 4 days now and I'm getting ZERO support. What am I supposed to think? I just got Roxxed of .4 BTC and 800 BC. My faith in silent pools/exchanges is FUCKING ZERO. I have gotten the click here to unlock your account email. I have tried to use the reset password link and all doesn't do SHIT. So either they don't give a shit or are stealing either way equates to theft if they are just ignoring me.

I'm assuming you've used the contact form on their site, have you tried finding a direct email address for them? I'll shoot the 888 Dev a PM and see if he can pass the word along for you, but public bashing isn't going to do any good, besides maybe make you feel better. I'm telling you with certainty, though, that nobody's going to do anything with your coins. Be patient, and in the meantime, why don't you come mine at my pool, it's stress free, I'm on top of any problems that come along, ask anyone in this thread and they'll tell you. http://888.fedaykin.usedit: I sent the dev a message. Try and relax. WOOSAH!

I was just wondering the same thing. There are no announcements on the cryptorush homepage either. They used to be one of my favorite exchanges, but now they just keep getting worse by the day. I PMed the guy that has cryptorush about the cryptorush shares, because my bitcoins didn't come through after the week passed and he didn't respond, then I wrote him again, no answer which is rude. BTW that whole cryptorush shares makes me angry too, it's like a scam of its own, i invested .22btc and thought of doing 1btc and i am glad I didn't,because to return my investment of 0.22btc with the weekly payouts it would take me 3/4 years, and now I can't even sell my cryptorush shares because I will get less than half what I paid...so yea, they collected everybodys BTC and by the time people make back what they invested cryptorush might not even be there anymore lol
