@harmonic I meant to ask, why does your computer run them separately? mine combines them in one window.

I have them on different pools.  You can use the --USB option in cgminer to do it.  You will need to find out which bus each is on and what it's ID is.  You can use cgminer to do it, just go to the USB management and then list devices.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

VH also put in a gekko-specific flag to use only particular serial numbers in each instance, which might simplify things especially if something comes unplugged or gets re-enumerated on the bus.

Cool, quiet and up to 1TH pod miner, on sale now!

I am hoping to get more r606's for the desk soon - especially as I hopefully will have the case that has twin Raspberry Pi's soon will allow for 7 miners if I use a single dongle for kb/mouse.

Do you know where I would find info on how to use it?  I can't find it in the readme.

Hello, I purchased the $60 Gekko Newpac.  I'm stuck on the step in the user manual when trying to enter "cgminer.exe-gekko-newpac-freq100" as the url.  The software simply doesn't accept that as valid.  Any tips would be appreciated!  Thank you in advance

Look at the top post of this thread for proper syntax.  You need some spaces in there.

NEW R606 "In The House!"

About 1/2 an hour from door bell to pool on an RPI4. (it's not my first rodeo.)  Forgot to mention, it out-of-the-box stock right now.

The 200-225 Ghs in the graph is 1 newpak, 1 twopac, 1 terminus R808, 1 antminer U2 and 2 block eruptors.

Guess when the R606 went on line.

Thank you GekkoScience & 419mining.

my new 3d printed pi case - it will hold 2 raspberry pi 4's and 2 ssd's, an ice cooler on the top pi, smaller 40mm fan on the lower pi and 3 40mm case fans. this will let my power 4 r606's from each pi - I will not be hooking up any monitors/keyboards/mice - I will simply be connecting via remote log in.

Send another pic when you get it populated.

Looks like fun!

I've been loving my R606. It's a great cheap little machine and it is still running like a champ. So I bought two more, from different vendors.

The R606 that arrived today is showing 0 chips found on cgminer. I've sent a request to the vendor to see about this, but in the meantime, is there a fix for this or is it a known issue?

The second one I ordered took a long time to be shipped (I ordered on the 16, and it was shipped on the 27) due to some issues with previous boxes. It will arrive this saturday, and I hope that one is ok.

Depends if you're powering it off 120VAC or 240VAC, and what speed you're running the pods at, but in the worst case, about six.

Hello, I just got 2 of these miners last week and I need help making a proper BAT start file to run CGMiner with an output console window. I'm using SlushPool. I want to enable the ASICBoost and 200MHz frequency. If someone has the proper code for the BAT file for Windows 10, please let me know!

is what i had for when I did use slush - its been quite a while though but i don't think it has changed. i only took out account and worker name.

If you're running NewPac you need to use:

./cgminer -o stratum+tcp://solo.ckpool.org:3333 -u Your_BTC_Address -p x --gekko-newpac-freq 500 --suggest-diff 128 --api-listen --api-allow W:127.0.0.1
