it was asked for me to share the dual rasp pi - here we go. I have one pi running the HS1Plus's and Terminator R606's - the second pi is running DojoRonin - I plan on trying a few of these full node softwares - the next one will be mynode package in a few weeks when I give it a try as well. There are a few others I wish to try as well.

As a goof, I thought about hacking this to work with a Pi4:

I know there is absolutely no reason for it other than, I just want to.

now that is pretty cool!

I am thinking about getting a small screen and cutting the clear acrylic side and having the screen mounted there with a btc ticker displayed.

That should be pretty simple, there are a bunch of tutorials for making a Bitcoin Ticker. I may play around and make one that brings back BTC, ETH and LTC.

Hi sidehack,
Thx for making such good devices.
My R606 are after some experimenting over 1Th/s @ vcore 4, this is really amazing, the software is not doing its correcting yet (plateau etc.). so i think i can go further, heat is hardly increasing.

What freq and voltage setting were they running at? What gauge wire was the cable made from?

Im running a GS hub with 6xnewpacs at 625freq and an R606 V5 675freq all from a 460w HP PSU with GS breakout board. The Breakout board ive had for ages.

I’m also running an S9 (space heater) from a 1500w HP PSU with GS breakout board. Runs 750w for hours most evenings with no problems either.

Nope, no problems. I am using GS breakout board, GS HUB, GS R606, power supply is HP 1000 W compatible with GS breakoutboard, all running 6 month+ now.

I am using a 1,000 watt seasonic psu for 2 R606's, 2 HS1plus and 2 Futurebit Apollo's - no burnt ports on any of them.

What were your settings? How is the R606 powered?

No custom settings or overclocking. Stock power. I am running 3 of them and only one is having this problem. It began about a day after I plugged it in. I wanted to return thinking it may be defective but it outside the return window so I figured I’d go for support here.

Have you power cycled the unit? How are you powering them?

Yes. Power cycling hasn’t worked. I am using a BINZET AC to DC 12V 10A 120W (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00Z9X4GLW) to power each unit.

Who's the seller? If you contact the seller directly you should be taken care of.

Also. Bit of diagnostics. Is the circuit board inside green or yellow? There are two heatsinks, one solid and one milled around the base; is the top one or the bottom one milled?

I purchased on Amazon from GekkoScience but the return window ended very quickly. Is there a contact a GekkoScience that anyone is aware of?

The board is yellow and the top one is milled.
