In my opinion, Tachain is a great project and it can be a pioneer in combining advertising and transport. With the discussion about the money-back guarantee, you get the impression that the project has already failed. I'm still optimistic that Tachain will be successful.

I think it may generate mixed feelings in the community, but at same time, they are just trying to promote their brand through the use of money back guarantee plan and yea, as at the moment, they are the only one offering such unique feature in the blockchain industry but then again, they need to boost the confidence of investors for them to like come in

Tachain is not yet registered in the regulators and that means if that was only a rumour. If the ico registered to the regulators and the regulators will give us guarantee to get fines if the ico will not meet our expectation. SEC has been doing it before. It's so simple to imagine about that.

I still stand with the fact that the one year period is okay. It is better to set a realistic target that keeps everyone happy in the end than set one that ends up hurting one of the parties in the end. One year should be enough in my opinion.

Risk free ICO is a nice concept. I would like to know and understand more on how this works in reality. Typically ICOs are meant to be extremely risky. Breaking this like breaking a hard rock which is for good ofcourse.

I also think that risk-free ICO is the right thing to do and it's completely trustworthy, but now more than 70% of scams are small and this is real and not fabricated. If you want to trust the ICO be careful, but not all are fraud, it is important that your choice is correct .

I completely agree with the fact that today most of the projects that we are seeing are still beginning to cause a very big sense of doubt, because most of the projects are already very global and some are vice versa.

You got a point there, when investing, I try to do much research about the project. The team, advisors and sponsors have to be verified. Also, teams with an history of a success project could be trusted. I think I can say the same about TAChain team

Guys are offering risk-free investment opportunity, in my opinion this is a great idea which might change the way people think about ICOs and participate in them.

I personally have lost a portion of my money by investing in ICOs last and this year, but this idea is just brilliant - you can wait for 1 year, see what happens to the project and then (before they go mainnet) decide what to do - either to stay with the project and get mainnet coins, or to exchange them back into the same amount of ETH/BTC invested.

It sounds very unusual. I think that this idea could well become the mainstream and help restore investor confidence in the PPI. However, where is the guarantee that a project with such loud promises will not be a scam itself and will not fail? I think the only way out is to find large investors and make the first precedent.

I think company that needs to register with the regulators are companies that issue out security and not utility tokens like Tachain, although I stand to be corrected as I don't really see the need for regulations here
