First, let me begin by congratulating Cantsay on his well deserved win, having a first win, and then followed with a second win is always so spirit uplifting, It makes us sometimes feel like we have really arrived at our season of good luck, and the excitement is always real and genuine, happy for you bud, and wishing you more future wins.

Now, first win, second win, third win, and forth win and so on and on all boils down to how lucky the player is, personally, I've come to believe that there is actually nothing like a well researched game, when ever we win multiple times in a row, or consecutively, we are just under the grace of luck, nothing like a well researched game, for it  there was anything like "researching a game well before betting on it", I tell you that, there are gambler who will never lose a bet at all, why? Good luck! I hope your issue with bc.game gets resolved as soon as possible. It's the first time I've heard about such a problem on BC.game. What if you don't even realize your USD is gone? It's no longer in your account. Hopefully, if this gets settled, you'll receive some compensation. These kinds of errors are difficult especially if you have a large amount of money in BC.game and you don't realize it's being deducted. Hopefully this kind of problem won't happen to anyone.

This is most likely a display problem in the account, as BC.Game has already confirmed that the USD have been credited and should be available to the account. This also happens from time to time with exchanges (we have just discussed a similar case with Kraken in our German-speaking area), so it should not be that unusual.

However, I think it's very good that the support team reacted quickly and has already initiated the solution steps. Of course, it is still annoying.

Sometimes things just take time.
Since they assured you they are working on it you just need some patience. I know it can be frustrating to wait but it won't be faster if you complain here.
Maybe see it that way, if you had the money yesterday, maybe you would have lost it by now and the weekend is ruined.

I once failed to withdraw my balance in fiat but my balance was returned the next day. Is your transaction still in progress or successful? If successful, you can check it because there is a TXID for every withdrawal that is considered successful

BC.Game support is also active here in the forum. Have you already tried to contact them? The account was particularly helpful with scam accusations and also helps people with problems here in this thread from time to time.

However, technical problems can often take longer than you originally thought. A message from support saying "sorry, it will take a while" would of course be very helpful.

But I hope the problem has been solved in the meantime and you have access to your money?

Count me in for this round of bc.game prediction pool, I think I will get prediction shoes on for so that I can maybe atleast be lucky enough to maybe win the cash from one of these promotions. Well, since it's a "tricky" issue I think that you should give the BC team a bit more time to find the problem and solve this issue. Surely the money can't disappear just like that, but I believe the BC team will solve this case and find the source of this problem... when that happens you will get your money back and the hole will be patched.

From what am seeing here it's seem cantsay is really one lucky guy and It would baffle me to see him win one of these again.

It seems like the last contest really triggered more users to become more interested in the game. Hehe, if my prediction in this on going contest should turn out to be correct I think I might have to create a little temple for myself and start giving predictions to those that will start visiting my temple. lol

For real, I believe the last game was merely based on luck not based on my analysis - I initially thought of increasing the time a bit more but then decided to go with the 7th minute during the last minute of creating the post.
