Yes, they are already looking into my issue. Support confirmed. that I have 144 dollars in my account, but there was some error with USD fiat and it disappeared from my account.
Live support also requested screenshots and videos, I sent them all. The agent has created a technical support ticket and now has to wait up to 72 hours for the situation to be resolved.

This is most likely a display problem in the account, as BC.Game has already confirmed that the USD have been credited and should be available to the account. However, I think it's very good that the support team reacted quickly and has already initiated the solution steps. Of course, it is still annoying.

Sometimes things just take time.
Since they assured you they are working on it you just need some patience. I know it can be frustrating to wait but it won't be faster if you complain here.
Maybe see it that way, if you had the money yesterday, maybe you would have lost it by now and the weekend is ruined.

I once failed to withdraw my balance in fiat but my balance was returned the next day. Is your transaction still in progress or successful? If successful, you can check it because there is a TXID for every withdrawal that is considered successful
