Well, BC.Game bonus has a lot higher wager requirement... it's "Unlock amount = wager amount * 1% * 20%".  So I am not sure what kind of bonus you got, and what that x40 wager retirement has with BC Casino. I have over $13k for unlocking, and it's going pretty hard for me to do it. Many people don't like this type of bonus, but it is what it is, the casino has the right to offer what they think is good... I guess it's on us players to choose to play here or not, if we choose to play it means we agree with this bonus type.

That's what I know, the deposit bonus in bc.game is the one locked BCD and it has maximum amount to win too which is the same amount as the deposited one but I'm not sure about the one taken by jannn. Is it the same or is it something different. But looking at his image, his balance is in real balance so logically it should be a balance that he won from playing and his unlocked BCD should be different thing. Hopefully bc.game will come here to clarify about this confusion.

Just did a review on your earliest complains from the referenced thread and though it’s taken sometime, perhaps they have a reason and I feel it would have been best your updated on what’s the development to keep faith and your mind at ease but then, having to remind the team like you’ve done in resounding the pending issue isn’t a bad idea.

I can see that BC. Game have been active on the forum lately and will always keep a close eye on the thread so, the user would be sure to relay your concerns once more to the team and you would as well, keep the contacts on their toes by asking necessary questions on update and concerns about your situation.

Calmly follow up your complaints and cooperate with the team to get your solution. I wish for that it gets resolved though, good luck.

It seems that their representative on this forum doesn't have much interest in going on the forum to find out if there are any complaints and if so, then forwarding the case to the technical department to resolve the case, in your case in particular, it's sad It's been so long without it being resolved, op hasn't been on this forum for over 2 weeks, and looking at the cases of complaints against them that have appeared on the internet, it seems to me that they are increasing, for example on trustpilot, there are many complaints against they:

They are possibly ducking to your case already since they already acknowledged your issue last month and obviously the support chat shown on screenshot is not ethical at all.  They also pause their campaign while there’s a lot of pending scam accusation against them here in the forum and other review platform.

Just like our local bank's deductions that we sometimes feel that is a small amount and we don't border about it,  but by the time the small cent deductions are done to a large figure of their clients that amount will equal into something that we may not be able to comprehend and at some point being unable to recover,  so for that it doesn't matter the amount,  as long as it a balance deduction,  if it is done unlawfully it means we have to bear in mind that we may be at risk still trying to use such platform for whatever reason.

We just need to be patient, maybe they are having problems, and not just for this forum, maybe out there they also have many demands that must be resolved. So some problems are in the queue to be resolved.

I don't mean to defend them but we also can't force it, some people are also trying to contact their services so that they can get answers to the detention and what the casino is doing. yes such a small amount will not matter to them if they don't care about that small amount, but like a company that has procedures, of course every employee who handles problems in the casino needs to obey every settlement process so that the casino also runs well. Maybe including some screenshots of your accusations would be much better than just writing a complaint.

This situation is very odd and from what I have gathered from your post here, we owe you an apology. This is not by any means a standard response our CS should give. I have to look into the matter as this is the first I am hearing about it. If everything you posted, including the screenshots are real then I assure you that we will make this right. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

After months of trying to get my justice and despite a literal promise of their representative on here (see quote above) they just confiscate my funds.

As an experienced and long-time gambler I have never seen once-respected sportsbook/casino act in this unethical way. I advice everyone to stay away from BC.game since if they can do this to me, they can do it to everyone.
