Aside from this do you have any plans or promos exclusively for BitcoinTalk community this Christmas Season?

As long as I remember, they have never provided exclusive promos for bitcointalk users only.
There were some contest by BTCgosu that can be played in bc.game only but I believe the prize came from Gosu's pocket.
Now they provide a survey with a reward to bitcointalk users so maybe we can hope to see more exclusive offers in the future.
More than a week already and the 100 availble slots for the survey is not fully filled yet, I'm a bit surprised because usually something like this (free money) is claimed so fast  

AFAIK, there's no way to be sure if the cap of 100 responses has been reached or not. It might just be that they're taking their time to proactively filter through responses as they come in. My best guess is this weekend or the next week. We should just keep an eye on our PMs according to the team.

Users will receive a $10 claimable bonus code with no wager requirements in their Bitcointalk PMs once we've reached 100 eligible responses.

I love the bonus wheel, but getting a higher rewards is based from high wager amounts.  While locked BCD is a common reward, hundreds to thousands of players score big daily, regardless of their wager.

I tried playing on bc.game. I deposited with fiat and tron(trx), everything was smooth and instant but when I made another withdrawal, my withdrawal was pending until now. I contacted CS but they said I was told to wait up to 8 hours. I contacted CS again and was told to wait again around 48 - 72 hours. Does this happen often? I didn't break any rules and I asked in the chat room, everyone said there was no problem with deposits and withdrawals. What's going on here?

I think they don't publish the names of the participants but who knows it's been distributed, I also haven't seen that the OP made an update that this has been distributed, it also seems that they are now very active on this forum maybe wait some more time until they come confirm it in this thread or on other boards they share about this form because as far as I know not only in this thread.

I think it would be great if there was openness from the team to distribute user surveys on this forum so that at least the site looks trusted by all of this forum's community, so far the site may need to further increase community trust and reputation so as not to raise doubts from users of this forum to play gambling on this site.

yes it seems that OP has not published a follow-up about this survey, and I think the payment is sent directly to the participant's BC.game account, only those who fill out the form and are eligible for payment, can verify whether they have been paid or not.

Well, I have never experienced such though, and I swear it will be very annoying if I did encounter such on any gambling casino, it's been a long time I last played on bc.game by the way, so it's hard to tell what the experiences of late is, I believe those who are constantly playing on this casino will be in a better position to tell if this is normal occurrence for them, or if there is probably more to it.

But for me personally, this is totally annoying and unacceptable, but I guess you don't really have a choice but to wait out the time given to you, but if after that time elapses and still, your withdrawal request is not processed, then you may want to open a scam accusation against them, I believe the issue will be sorted out.

I think this is normal for a new user that trying to withdraw from an online casino for the first time. I'm saying it's normal because I've experienced this not once but thrice. They will let you play without asking for KYC and if you win and request a withdrawal they will ask for KYC. Hopefully, you won't or they won't cancel your withdrawal because you will know what will happen next to your balance. You will gamble it and then you'll lose it. Like what happen to me everytime I cancelled my withdrawal.

In my opinion, if someone gets a prize, the enthusiasm of the other members will increase. It is possible if they wish and they have the right to decide whether to wait until they get 100 responses or change the rule.
Your suggestion is good so early participants do not need to wait for unknown/unlimited time till they get all 100 responses.

Or maybe they can set a deadline, no matter how many responses they get on the deadline then they have to close it.

I always already use a mirror link (hash.game) and never had issues with that mirrorlink before until very recently. Will use some other mirror links as I like playing their in-house games (the selection they have is pretty great) and I want to increase my vip level slowly but surely.

This is in exclusive giveaway for Bitcointalk forum members, and it won't be possible for anyone to give the survey answers properly without having the gambling experience in BCgame. The survey hasn't reached to the desired number of entries for these reasons. Therefore, it may really take more weeks to get the desired number of responses.

You said exactly what I as going to say, I completely agree with all you have said, the games and round board is one of the most isolated board on this forum, and this i personally believe it's because almost every single signature campaign manager does not accept or count post on that board as a payable post, this I believe is the major reason why that part of this forum have become so very isolated.

If they bc.game team had posted the survey, maybe on this board, or maybe even here on their ann, i believe that by now, they would have gotten the number of responses they need.

I think that is true and I'm sure BC.Game is always watching their thread but also the other ones as well. Now , it might be true that doing games&rounds with a bit of publicity would be good as personally I like to enroll on those one and with a bit of luck maybe I even win haha.
