BC.Game support is also active here in the forum. Have you already tried to contact them? The account was particularly helpful with scam accusations and also helps people with problems here in this thread from time to time. However, technical problems can often take longer than you originally thought. A message from support saying "sorry, it will take a while" would of course be very helpful. But I hope the problem has been solved in the meantime and you have access to your money?

I once failed to withdraw my balance in fiat but my balance was returned the next day. Is your transaction still in progress or successful? If successful, you can check it because there is a TXID for every withdrawal that is considered successful USD fiat disappeared from my account, I did not withdraw funds. 3 days have passed and the issue has not been resolved yet. Well, since it's a "tricky" issue I think that you should give the BC team a bit more time to find the problem and solve this issue. Surely the money can't disappear just like that, but I believe the BC team will solve this case and find the source of this problem... when that happens you will get your money back and the hole will be patched.

It seems like the last contest really triggered more users to become more interested in the game. Hehe, if my prediction in this on going contest should turn out to be correct I think I might have to create a little temple for myself and start giving predictions to those that will start visiting my temple. lol For real, I believe the last game was merely based on luck not based on my analysis - I initially thought of increasing the time a bit more but then decided to go with the 7th minute during the last minute of creating the post.

Good luck! I hope your issue with bc.game gets resolved as soon as possible. It's the first time I've heard about such a problem on BC.game. What if you don't even realize your USD is gone? It's no longer in your account. Hopefully, if this gets settled, you'll receive some compensation. These kinds of errors are difficult especially if you have a large amount of money in BC.game and you don't realize it's being deducted. Hopefully this kind of problem won't happen to anyone.
This is most likely a display problem in the account, as BC.Game has already confirmed that the USD have been credited and should be available to the account. This also happens from time to time with exchanges (we have just discussed a similar case with Kraken in our German-speaking area), so it should not be that unusual. However, I think it's very good that the support team reacted quickly and has already initiated the solution steps. Of course, it is still annoying. In 2 days nothing has changed, as there was no USD fiat in my account, and still isn’t. 3 days have passed and the issue has not been resolved yet. First of all, there is no "active scam accusation" here. He has a problem, support confirmed the problem and is trying to resolve it. Where exactly the scam accusation is supposed to be, I don't know. Also, I was just trying to help the guy to ease his mind. It won't get resolved faster just by writing it's been 2 days, 3 days, 4 days every day. It's a technical error which has been acknowledged by bc. All he can do is wait for them to finally resolve it. Should it be faster, of course it should. But he can he or anybody here do something about it? I doubt it.

From what I’ve seen in all raffles I’ve took part in, they usually wait till all the spots are filled before the raffles is drawn and that’s what’s still going to happen here. What if it doesn't get filled? Is there consideration for the raffle to start even if the slots are not filled? (I already asked this on the local board of bc.game but I didn't get any response, hopefully you have one). For sure if this raffle only start if the slot are filled it will take so much time. If for some reason some slots are still left - then the rule might be adjusted a bit to allow those with some certain amount of merits (probably from 1,000 above depending on the number of spots left) or a list of users that are active in the gambling board that has up to a hundred merits (those eligible for the raffle) will be created so as to notify them of the raffle and that would help fill the slots. One way or another all the slots are going to get filled so you don’t really have to worry about it too much - all you can do now is hope you emerge as the winner and also try as much as you can to spread the news of the raffle in your local board incase there are users there that haven’t heard about it.

Exactly if a gambler is scammed then he would disassociate himself from all the serviced of that casino because at that moment has suspected all the services they rendering to gamblers. Therefore the person would avoid them for the fear of scamming. And the delay from the support team to respond to complain also led to suspecting them. And that is why the support team in any casino need to be active at all time. And if you won any of their giveaway contest or prediction and there is no respond from them then you have to email them if the live chat is not active.

I just want to ask because it seems it wasn't mentioned in the OP when the raffle will start. Will the raffle only start when all the slots are filled?
From what I’ve seen in all raffles I’ve took part in, they usually wait till all the spots are filled before the raffles is drawn and that’s what’s still going to happen here. What if it doesn't get filled? Is there consideration for the raffle to start even if the slots are not filled? (I already asked this on the local board of bc.game but I didn't get any response, hopefully you have one). For sure if this raffle only start if the slot are filled it will take so much time. If for some reason some slots are still left - then the rule might be adjusted a bit to allow those with some certain amount of merits (probably from 1,000 above depending on the number of spots left) or a list of users that are active in the gambling board that has up to a hundred merits (those eligible for the raffle) will be created so as to notify them of the raffle and that would help fill the slots. One way or another all the slots are going to get filled so you don’t really have to worry about it too much - all you can do now is hope you emerge as the winner and also try as much as you can to spread the news of the raffle in your local board incase there are users there that haven’t heard about it. Cantsay answered well dear @xLays, some raffles take longer than others to fill up depending on the conditions and the current activity on the forum, but I have no doubt that it will fill up sooner or later  It's only been online for 4 days, so far everything's ok

Good luck! I hope your issue with bc.game gets resolved as soon as possible. It's the first time I've heard about such a problem on BC.game. What if you don't even realize your USD is gone? It's no longer in your account. Hopefully, if this gets settled, you'll receive some compensation. These kinds of errors are difficult especially if you have a large amount of money in BC.game and you don't realize it's being deducted. Hopefully this kind of problem won't happen to anyone.
This is most likely a display problem in the account, as BC.Game has already confirmed that the USD have been credited and should be available to the account. This also happens from time to time with exchanges (we have just discussed a similar case with Kraken in our German-speaking area), so it should not be that unusual. However, I think it's very good that the support team reacted quickly and has already initiated the solution steps. Of course, it is still annoying. In 2 days nothing has changed, as there was no USD fiat in my account, and still isn’t. 3 days have passed and the issue has not been resolved yet. Support promised to resolve the issue within a maximum of 72 hours, but they assured that it would be resolved before this time. 4 days have already passed, no changes. Live support sometimes doesn’t understand the situation. 5 days have already passed, no changes.

My deposit has been credited now. Thanks everyone for the help and reassurance that it would work out. I just need to figure out how to get the withdrawal done now
Happy to see that your deposit has been credited already and your issue has been fixed for now. Now, all you have to do is enjoy and hope you'll get some nice wins. Despite the holidays, the fund issue case was treated within 5 days that's awesome, and hope the issue won't change the good impression he had about the casino cause I have never experienced such an issue in BC and the deposit is almost instant so is the withdrawal. Honestly, many might not be impressed with that if it took 5 days. But even with that, as long as the problem has been solved, that's what matters because with some other casinos it is even taking a month and several months while the case is still active on them. So, having that solved in a few days is still a good one. 4 days have already passed, no changes.
I hope that it gets resolved soon as long as they've seen your ticket and said that they're going to solve it, they will. Just as the other quote that I've got that solved it on the fifth day but as I am saying, hoping that it will be taken care of shortly.
