USD fiat disappeared from my account! There were 144 dollars in the account. Live support can't do anything.

Can you please explain your situation a little better - please state what happened (before the disappearance of your balance), what where you trying to do, did you recently logged into any suspicious site? Etc.

I have already written to the representative on the forum in PM. I played on USD fiat and received a bonus for turnover in BCD currency. Switched from USD fiat to BCD currency, check what bonus they gave.
When I decided to return the USD fiat back, as it turned out, it simply disappeared from my account and, accordingly, the money also disappeared (just don’t have the USD fiat option in my account anymore).
In history, the last bid and remaining balance shows 144 dollars. Support in live chat requested screenshots with the history, it seems like progress has started.

If you already provide them all required stuff then just wait for the update because hopefully things will be settled into your favor if your case is strong here on this forum if any site is not going to settle things within fair way surely they are going to face consequences as well and as BC Game is doing marketing and promotions they will not take any risk for having anything negative because this can hurt them badly and right now they can't afford this.

Yes, they are already looking into my issue. Support confirmed. that I have 144 dollars in my account, but there was some error with USD fiat and it disappeared from my account.
Live support also requested screenshots and videos, I sent them all. The agent has created a technical support ticket and now has to wait up to 72 hours for the situation to be resolved.

Is anyone can access the website in the bc game signature links? it's the bc.game mirror site. Because I'm having a problem and can't access the site. I know there's a similar problem on this before since some of the bc games mirror site are down too. Would it be cool to change the url since it can affect the performance of the signature link redirection? Or should i post this to signature thread too. I am using my home IP, which I always used on bc. Checked the rules and Japan is not in the restricted countries. When extra checking my IP, it is located in Japan as well.
So why this message is showing up, no idea. After closing it the website works normal, I could play any game if I like.

After some research I changed my DNS to google dns (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4), and just like you, i just get this error now. Maybe because google is based in US that's why i got this error. I don't know if this good on BC games system, maybe i'll just bring back my dns to default and access the bc.casino mirror. But the main concern is it has an error on some countries especially here in my area or just my ISP.

I think the issue will occur if you are in restricted region or there's other more behind it try to check their terms if your country has been on restricted list.

Also try to use VPN and check which region you can access their casino or try what other fellow user suggestion since maybe it will work for you. But in case of signature link redirection I guess it can really affect the casino incase if people want to go directly to the casino by clicking the signature link they see from the users. But I guess BC.game representative already know this and they just let this happen since they know those people will encounter this issue are in restricted countries.

Checked right now from signature link and it worked properly.
Some times ago , speaking of months thou, I experienced some issues with the site on some particular connection I sometimes use to connect which consisted in the page never loading and stalling forever but it's not happening anymore since then. Never figured out what was the reason.

No i'm not, i regularly use them using bc.casino mirror. I just noticed both desktop and mobile are experiencing like that on the signature link which is is the bc.game.

Ive faced the same issue before, due to the ISP issue, additional on it if you experience takes time to load and cannot be reached those are one of the signs that its on your ISP, after using their mirror link and log in my account I didnt face other issues like deposit and withdrawals, smooth in all.

It's no longer in your account. Hopefully, if this gets settled, you'll receive some compensation. These kinds of errors are difficult especially if you have a large amount of money in BC.game and you don't realize it's being deducted. Hopefully this kind of problem won't happen to anyone.

This is most likely a display problem in the account, as BC.Game has already confirmed that the USD have been credited and should be available to the account. This also happens from time to time with exchanges (we have just discussed a similar case with Kraken in our German-speaking area), so it should not be that unusual.

However, I think it's very good that the support team reacted quickly and has already initiated the solution steps. Of course, it is still annoying.
