I don't have experience with losing big money by sending it to a casino that does not support that chain or token so I can not say about casinos and how they resolves such serious mistake and big loss for their users.

Usually on centralized exchanges, they will not automatically support their users for such troubles. They have notification, reminder that users must check blockchain, token support and address very carefully before finalize a deposit or withdrawal.

They also have terms that in case they support users, they will charge support fee and as I know, fee is not cheap.

Support without any fee, like you shared, I did not know about it, never read it anywhere.

All are not doing this all free as we are having fees and many are not returning this money which is sent by user on wrong address as I have personally experience few months back on a site I send my 0.7 Ethereum on wrong address which was ETC then I contact to support, but they give reply now it's not possible for us to recover this all please do this next time carefully and double check before sending any amount to related addresses.
If BC Game is taking some fees and then giving back still I feel its good by them and having good for the member now next time he needs to check this all carefully and send amount to right address because things like these has never been good for the users with usually need to read all T & C before doing any stuff is also helpful for the members.

I have tried to contact support by email and live chat but its clear they have been instructed to not forward issues regarding deposits.
