I intended to deposit 1 ETH to my bc.game deposit address. When issueing the withdrawal from Binance I mistakenly did it from the wrong page. I was on the BTC withdrawal page instead of ETH. As a result it send Bianance wrapped BTC to the bc.game ETH deposit address.

Mate you have to be more careful when dealing with your coins, if this type of carelessness continues it might lead to you losing more funds - so when next you want to send your coins make sure you verify your wallet address multiple to be sure that you didn’t copy the wrong address and also to be sure that some kind of malware didn’t change your address unknowing to you.

Could you at least share some screenshots with the forum? I believe you still have the txid, if yes then share with the community so that we can at least verify that your claim is right before we can invite bcgame support to look at the issue if it’s something they can fix and the process you have to go through to actually confirm that you own that deposit.  For now screenshots and txid links would be great.

That sucks, you should have checked first what you're sending from here and there. But, I've seen this case in some casinos and exchanges when a user has deposited a wrong crypto to another address. Some were able to fully recover it but it comes with a fee from that platform itself. I have no idea if this has happened in the past with bc.game but I guess it did. Since you've already contacted them through email, how long and since when did you sent them that email and query? It takes time so, please be patient and wait until one of their reps reply to you and you've already posted here, for sure a rep will see your post but you have to add additional info like your txid or userid for them to check it.

I got the prize, and Cave of Plunder ate most of this prize (and the deposit before that). I still think this is one of the craziest games in the crypto gambling space.

I just made deposit after reading through your post and tried out the game and it was indeed crazy.

The part I love most about it is the fact that your multipliers still remain even if you don't get the next one correct (although you lose your money for that spin) and you don't even have to start all over again after your spin stops at the skull.

I tried so many times but in the end I lost all my deposit there but at least Ive an experience in the game - and I'll still visit the game when next I make a deposit.

When spin stops at the skull you lose your winnings, more than half... after a few skulls everything you won goes down the drain. We have the option to collect or partially collect our winnings, but then we lose chances to get some higher payouts. I know a few people who won the "Actionspin", but I never got there... probably because I'm too aggressive player and I raise the stakes after some losses which often puts me in very unfavorable situations. It's either "collect" and save some money or get totally busted.

One of the craziest games definitely... It makes us play more and chase that "Actionspin", but that skull can appear anytime and wipe out all of our effort just like that. I am playing it for years and I still have the same excitement whenever I play it.

Don't want to spoil the party but in my opinion these coins are lost in nirvana.
BC can do nothing to recover them I suppose. I mean I am no expert but a friend of mine made this mistake and there was nothing he can do

BTC and ETH address are so very different, there should be a warning or something to stop this transaction from happening.

I just checked Binance and it shows some kind of warning when you want to send wrapped btc, for ETH it says “ You are withdrawing Binance Wrapped BTC (BBTC). Please ensure that the receiving platform supports this token or you will be at risk of losing your assets.” while for Bep20 is says “ The network you have selected is BSC. Please ensure that the withdrawal address supports the BNB Smart Chain network. You will potentially lose your assets it the chosen platform does not support refunds of wrongfully deposited assets.”

And since he intended to deposit ETH it would have been more easy for him to have noticed because on the withdrawal page the word “BTC” was used more than 6 times, so it would have been impossible for someone who wasn’t distracted to have missed something like that. Even when asked to input the amount we want to withdraw “btc” was still clearly stated there.

If you paste an address from Ethereum, you will see a next area, Select network. Click on it, you will see BTC as Unmatched.

They (Binance) don't have a direct warning that this address is not a Bitcoin address, perhaps because they allow users to withdraw Bitcoin on different blockchains. As I see in their drop down list from Select Network, there are many networks to choose.

If you paste or type something random like only 0x, they will give you a warning

The withdrawal address format is wrong. Please check the withdrawal address length and character content and try again

Personally I have read and even seen most of this cases and alot of them were resolved and I think yours too can but still depends on the casino and how fast they can answer the problem. Atleast this would serve as a serious lesson for you to take correction from and be more extra careful to avoid such stupid mistakes .

Personally I have read and even seen most of this cases and alot of them were resolved and I think yours too can but still depends on the casino and how fast they can answer the problem. I'm trying to participate in all competitions and events now with BC. I also noticed the huge work of IP in this direction, and this makes me very happy. At least I started playing less than before when I was younger, but I only go to BC, and not because I wear a signature. With so many casinos around it's hard to be on the top, so I guess we can say that brand visibility is important in a saturated market. At the moment, BC is getting a lot of attention, and it's a sign that the marketing team is doing its job at a high level. I think we can really say that BC is on fire.
