I didn't think before that in the end someone said this asking the OP to edit the thread title, I thought it was something that was not very important and necessary even though the event had finished, but for me it was something normal and didn't bother me too, but maybe it's different from other views because the title of the thread could be annoying and make people a little interested in seeing this thread. That there are still survey events with prizes like before, I think this also depends on each person's views.

Well, i think if a gambling site has to gain an audience and gamblers from bitcointalk, making an ANN thread isn't enough. They need to be active on their ANN on a daily basis and answer people's queries. Yes, people will say that gambling sites need to start signature campaigns for effective marketing but the first step is to be active on their ANN thread. This holds true not only for the BC.GAME but for every gambling site.

Yes, it's true that the Indian government has banned many crypto related sites which includes exchanges as well as gambling sites.
For example, Binance is banned in India but we are still able to use the already installed binance app on our smartphones.
We are also able to use the sites using VPNs and can use mirror link which binance has provided.
I think the same goes with BC.GAME. We are unable to use the link directly but can use the site using VPNs or mirror links.

Well, isn't this can be a problem if the trading site or the gambling site does not allow you to use VPN ? Also every time if a VPN connects to a different location, this can also be another issue as trading platforms usually ban the account or mark them suspended if they are opening on different country's IP address. This also holds true to some extent for the gambling sites.

Yes, I know, using VPNs is not appreciable because exchanges and gambling sites don't like them being used.
This is why we have mirror links. Fortunately BC.GAME and Binance both have provided mirror links which can be used by Indian citizens to access their sites.
So things are going well so far and let's see how it goes in future.

I have heard that multiple sites are facing this ban. In exchanges I have faced this issue in multiple exchanges like OKex, Kucoin, Binance etc...
In gambling exchanges I am facing this issue only with bc.game though.

- casino variance is impossible. dice game is ultra rigged. Just now, in 500 throws on a 52% winning chance I lost 85% of throws. New seed and lost 80% in over 2000 throws. This is impossible. Once I lost 24 throws in a row, on a 52% chance. Once you raise the wager it gives you these results
- discord mods are a ridiculous. asked a normal question and was thrown out of the server by one of these people. Basically I am banned from discord flash drops because of these mods
- email support is also not replying to important questions about my account, over 2 days now

How does this kind of site even attract players? No support, rude staff, shady casino, low wager limits in sports odds. I would not advise anybody to play there. Maybe this forum will be full of new scam accusation against them real soon. I already saw there are plenty popping up recently again.

It’s normal because they are not your personal support. Their time is very limited to handle each customer that’s why you need to become active when you are asking support since you are the one in need. All the casino support has dedicated time to open the chat active and it will close if you didn’t respond. 5 minutes is already reasonable amount of time to respond on a chat from support.

Try to increase your bet sample to properly analyze the result. I will believe you if you throw 100K sample and still get close to that result. Your sample is still sample to conclude about their dice fairness.

They have strong marketing. All that you mention here is not true to the majority of players to this casino tho. Only has a problem like that in regards with customer service.

What error did you get? Can you share a screenshot?

I currently don't have access to a wallet that supports transacting with a lightning network, I would have given it a try myself to see if I'll encounter any issues because I really can't tell why you'd have problem depositing when you have your LNURL there in your account.

Try again, if the problem persists reply to this thread so that I can create one wallet and deposit into my BCGame account using lightning option.

They had some accusations before but all have been handled and there haven’t been any more cases. Been a while since I used their livesupport but when I did, it was fast and all problems were handled. Recently withdraw some money also, so no issues on my side and I can only recommend them.

Live support is slow in almost all crypto casinos, but it's not like that all the time... there were situations where I waited a lot longer than 1h for support response, but sometimes they can be fast. Someone wrote a long time ago "That's how it is when you pay too little to the people who do it", and I saw some truth in that... casinos wish to save some money and they are outsourcing that to some company from who knows where.

When it comes to their dice game (and other in-house games) you can verify them, and I guess most of us would take you a lot more seriously if you have done that and provided some proof. They have "live stats" so even a screenshot of your session would be fine if it's too much work for you to verify your bets. Anyway, I don't trust that you had lost 80% of throws in one session at a 52% winning chance. ... I believe in 20+reds, that happens from time to time, but you also had many winning streaks as well.

Well, maybe there will be new scam accusations, nobody knows that, but if they are just words without a proof (like your post) I doubt that anyone will pay attention.

I often play plinko on bc.game, when my luck is bad the ball will keep going down to the middle and if I'm lucky the ball will often go down to the corner. In my opinion, if your luck is bad, it's better to change games, that's what I usually do. However, if you think the game is unfair then you need to prove that the system owned by bc.game is unfair. I think we are used to losing and what you are saying is just part of your frustration over the losses you have experienced

They have many competitors in this industry so by going like an outlier in support procedure, longer waiting time than competitors, they self-create disadvantage for themselves.

There are always rooms for improvement and the ball is in control of BC.Game. It's just fine that users eventually got what they want but delays certainly create some inconvenience and in a bull run, can cost users lost in value of their cryptocurrency.

In a bear market, the business can have difficulty in operations than in bull market and has to cut down their staff resource includes customer care staffs so their support can be longer. Though, it can be acceptable in a bear market, in a bull market, in my opinion, they should handle it with faster rate and less waiting time for users.

Maybe because bc.game has so many users that live support is very busy, but it is also true that bc.game is willing to add employees in the live support section. But I'm also impressed with bc.game because it has live support for my local language (Indonesia) and not many casinos have that.

Now there is a new feature that bc.game has where when I deposit using fiat I can exchange it and withdraw it in USDT. I rarely play on bc.game and it seems like they didn't have this feature before, I don't know if this is new or old but I really like that feature.
