Yeah, pretty straight I must say, humans are not built in a way or manner that they would all like and appreciate one thing, if it was this way, then alot of businesses won't thrive, most especially those that are coming up now or later, because humans would have just faced and patronized only one business because we all like that.
But fortunate enough, we are not wired like that, we are wired in such a way that, what a person or group of persons likes, another person or group of persons may hate that and like another, this is why we have (possibly) tens of thousands of online gambling casinos, and each of this casinos have customers that like them for one reason or the other.

So, someone disliking bc.game isn't a surprise, because those with experience knows that "a man's food, can be another man's poison" and this is just how it is in life.

You don't need to apologize to me. BC.GAME didn't stole my money or anything. It was just a issue that didn't was handled so good but I just moved on and now play on another place, but who knows maybe I will give BC one more try. and of course as I said it does not need to be bad for you just because it was so for me.
Maybe I give it another go. I am only out for good sports betting odds and never play casino.

I think he might be referring to a signature campaign paid post by bc.game here in BitcoinTalk. If that case your advice still matters. He need to rank up for to be able to join the signature campaign and get paid.
TheWhyKingz if you're referring to the OP and want to create your own thread like that, you can hire someone to do it for you. Just provide them with instructions and they can make the post. However, if you prefer to do it yourself you'll need to rank up to Jr. Member and wait for 14 days if I'm not mistaken. It seems that on my cellphone there is no problem, maybe you just need to update Google Chrome on your cellphone because I have experienced not being able to load gambling site pages elsewhere, but if you want to access it using a desktop computer, you should just use that because maybe the appearance is more satisfying than Using a browser on a cellphone that looks small makes the eyes a little sore if you're not used to it, but as friends here said there were no problems with their Google Chrome in accessing this promotional page on their cellphone. Yes, there are always beginners who often make accusations like that, but without any evidence it still doesn't apply, besides, just ignore it. The person doesn't seem to be coming back to renew the problem because it looks like he already received the money and then forgot about the accusation here and then joined the BC program. other games, people like that are used to doing strange things on this forum, especially for a beginner it's hard to trust him, anyone could be paid to bring down other casinos, but still bc.game so far continues to pay all its users even my withdrawals are processed quickly , never had any serious problems on this site according to my personal experience of this site.

This is awkward to be honest, since it's just an issue with session expiration, I believe that clicking the "refresh now" button should have fixed the issue, did you click the "refresh now" button? What happened when you clicked that button?

And when the issue was not fixed, did try logging out from your account and logging back in?
If you tried all of this and still, the issue with the session expiration did not still work, then If I was in your shoes, I would believe that bc.game cheated you out, they possibly knew that last game was going to lose and if you have your way, you may possibly want to cash out in order not to lose the entire parlay ticket, so they purposely blocked you access to the sports betting session so you don't have any means of cashing out.

If you actually did lose that game, I did suggest you take the issue up with them, and atleast, get your initial bet back, this is if you have all the evidence to prove your case though.

How did it go? Were you later able to cash out the bet?

Tbh, I’ve experienced this a few times – the first time was after I entered the $10,000 prediction contest after which I wanted to use my balance to bet on some live sports events but this came up, I refreshed a couple of times and then left to play crash and dice game (which means this timeout is only for sports it does not affect casino games).

I do hope you have a positive response to this question.

First, I am happy that the amount you bet isn't much and I believe it's something you can easily forget, but note that what you lost is not just the $1.5 you betted on this game, you also lost what ever amount of money you could have cashed out if not for this issue, and right now, you said you don't know how much you would or could have cashed out, and if you want to atleast, arrive at a figure, if you remember what the total odds on this game was, this should help you know what your potential winning amount was, then from there, I we could take out one game, and estimate the amount of money you could have possibly cashed out.
So, if you have this information, and you don't mind, please share.

And secondly, I am also glad to know that the issue was not peculiar to you alone, since you said alot of players were also complaining about the same issue in the chatbox, this also, together with the fact that your initial bet amount is something you can easily forgo, should help you decide whether you are taking the matter up with bc.game, or you just forget about it.
Personally, I would suggest you just forget about it, shits happen and glad the amount involved wasn't much.

That is pretty annoying but luckily your betsize was low, would have been a different story if much higher amounts were involved. I wonder if there would be a compensation than? Probably not as there must be something in the terms when issues like this happen.
