As I said, some people from the forum worked with the BC game team to fix everything. They are icopress and Efialtis. I guess BC game agreed to co-operate with them and that's why it worked well. But as you guys know, icopress also worked with the Betnomi team, but I guess their team did not contacted icopress or they did not hear what he suggested them.

Betnomi did some stupid things like selling user informations or giving it to other platforms. I don't think they had chance to come back after it was public that they sold the user informations or shared it with other platforms. Otherwise, they could have worked with the managers to solve the accusations.

You can't compare these 2 sites actually.
Sure BC had some issues but they tried their best and actually solved most of them.
Unfortunately Betnomi on the other hand did scam (even though they claim it wasn't their fault, which I don't believe) and now they claim to refund players, which is already taking forever, but meanwhile already start a new site. Sounds pretty off to me.

That's strange I can't really point to the reason for the site to be showing like that on your end because I just tried visiting the and found no errors, it's seem all is good from my end. I have curious to know what and why the reason for you to be getting this error message well maybe your region is restricted or something because I haven't heard anyone complain of such.

I just visited BC.GAME using Supervpn and didn't face any problem logging into my account. I don't know your region so I can't say anything about restrictions. You can contact their support team and find out the solution, if they have a solution.

VPN also doesn't work because BC.GAME is restricted in your country, but that surprised me. Because you should get access using vpn even from restricted region, as I checked everything works fine.

Anyways, this is the easiest thing I could figure out from this, I could be wrong due to misinterpretation of a thing or two, all the same, I also will advice he contact the customer care to find out what exactly is happening.

I am not comparing them. But, you shouldn't forget that Betnomi has a solid reputation in this forum as well. They worked with well-reputed managers and forum members. They have organized exclusive raffles and they had exclusive games and rounds where forum members participated. I remember seeing they organized a raffle and the prize was a customized hardware wallet.

I am saying all this because as I said, they had a good reputation. But they did not manage to continue how they were operating. Probably their team member changed or they changed their mind. Nobody knows!

Sorry but all this things Betnomi did on this forum, like you mentioned, the bonuses, the raffles, the working with reputation managers and so on, is that a way to weigh or ascertain whether a casino is reputable or not, potential scammers can enter this forum, do all of those things that you mentioned, and even extra, just for them to gain the trust of the users of this forum before the finally carry out the initial mission which brought them here.
So, for me, all that that Betnomi did not is not a way reputation is measured.

Reputation is measures by maintaining a good and unquestioned services to your customers, that is, never giving your customers any reason to doubt your credibility in rendering your service to them, of which on this, Betnomi failed completely, as they didn't only make their customers doubt their legitimacy, but they went as far as absconding with funds belonging to their customers, that is criminality, and this shows that they had inferior motives for all the raffles and promotions they ran or organized on this forum, they can't be trusted and can't be compared to bc.game.

Now to know the main reason of this situation he needs to know from the support team what is the real reason, we can only guess what actually happened but none of us can give exact information.

If his ip is blocked then he will not get access to create a new account again from his region, it is also important to know if he has violated any T&C or not. I think my account wasn't banned because I have tired to use the bc.game official mirror link to login and I am able to successfully log in all of those mirros links except this BC.GAME. If my account was banned then I don't think I could log in to my account using these mirror links. I created an account on bc.game long ago and it was a long time now I am log in bc.game again, I don't think any T&C has been violated by me And nor my account has been banned.

I didn’t know they stopped that feature that you could pay with JB to cover the withdrawal fee. I thought it was only available for high vip (vip 23 and higher). I also remember there were talks about building a store where you could spend your JB, too bad it never has been realised.

Its not easy for BC.GAME to regain their reputation since they face a lot of criticism before but they manage to satisfy people on performance also other things that needed to do. That's why right now we can see them running successfully or shall we say get back to normal form. What betnomi did is a huge mistake that's why same for people who doubt about their current reputation I also don't believe that they can regain back the trust of people since there case is severe which a lot of people here cannot take to handle. Selling the costumer information is risky for the part of those people since they might experience an exploit or receive a lot of unwanted offers that can potentially compromised them.
